Beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. The condo is a little dated and definitely needs a new sectional (very stained) bed frame (very loud when you roll over and get up) but mattress was comfortable and toilet seats need to be replaced. I’m in property management, so just wanted to help because the few things that need to be done would help make the stay even nicer.

Edgewater 0503 Leeward

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Love Edgewater and especially Leeward tower. Condo was PERFECT for my husband and I. Having beach chairs included was really icing on the cake and something we look for when booking. Condo was clean and had most everything we needed. The Kerig Coffee machine was amazing. Wish I had known I would have brought my coffee pods. Kitchen a little scarce with utensils and cooking, dining wares, but workable. We so much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back .

We stayed in the Leeward building and it ended up being amazing. Small building right on the beach. At first we were worried it's too far from the main lagoon pool and way off to the side but it actually was just fine, less crowded beach then by the main buildings. We would definitely go back!

As close to the beach as you can get! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The fifth level provided a glorious view of the Gulf of America in all its beauty! We enjoyed our breakfast and dinners on the balcony overlooking the sunrises and sunsets! The couch was a cozy place to end our days after soaking in the sun on the provided beach chairs with the friendly man who set them out for us. The kitchen had about everything we needed for our 6 night stay. We had an issue with the bed being squeaky and it was repaired within 5 days of us being there so we got to enjoy the repaired bed on our sixth night. It was a fabulous accommodation for all of our needs! It had the best view of what we came for-God’s masterpiece, the ocean!

Complex and restaurant, amazing. Condo, not very clean and AC went out. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Our stay at PCB was great! I will definitely return and stay again at Edgewater. We really loved the resort and the staff. I will recommend to others.

Checkin was easy, received all information before our arrival.Features: Kitchen was very adequate for our needs.View: Fantastic-unobstructed very wide viewShower: Very nice in the master bath. Tv: Great, plenty of channel optionsNeeds Work:The washing machine is a side load washer and it has the black ring of not being wiped out.Bed: We slept on the oversized couch for 3 of the nights, as the bed makes squeak noises every time you move, mattress is very uncomfortable.

Peaceful stay

Loved this quiet condo in Leeward. Enjoyed our week here and love that beach chairs are included. Bed is too firm for nut spouse loved it.

We really love the place. Some new rugs and some cleaning of the couch’s and floors behind the doors would really spruce this place up. All and all a wonderful stay

Easy Beach Access

We loved how easy it was to get to the beach! Great views. There is a pool at this building but is not a bad walk to the large pool. I like that there is a gym and restaurant on site too.

Beautiful Views of the ocean

We absolutely loved our condo. Enjoyed the balcony facing ocean. We also enjoyed all of the different pools. Everything was perfect.

Girls trip

Loved the DJ at the pool and the Karaoke poolside. While the condo was drab and the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, the overall property was clean and safe. We had a blast and found great places to dine.

Perfect location, fantastic view of the ocean, cleanliness could have been better, toliets continually clogged up and no plunger in the unit,toliets need professional attention,no blanket for the pull out sofa. Mold smell in living room. Excellent pool situation.
