It was a pleasure hosting you.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the house, the location, and that renting a golf cart made getting to and from the dock so easy for your family. It’s a great way to enjoy the community and spend more time on the lake! We’re also so happy your dogs were able to join in on the fun. We know how special it is to bring the whole family—including the four-legged members—on vacation. Thank you again for choosing our home. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to Deep Creek for another memorable stay!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the home, the convenient location, and especially the Waterfront Greens par-3 golf course. It’s one of our favorite community amenities as well. We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and hospitality. Thank you so much for staying with us and for the kind review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the property and found everything clean and comfortable. I’m glad your pups were able to join you—our home is always better when families can bring their four-legged friends along. And what perfect timing to catch the first snow of the season at Deep Creek! ❄️ We’re grateful for how quiet and respectful your group was and for leaving the house in great shape. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, the Waterfront Greens community and fishing pond, and our convenient location for exploring Deep Creek. We were very disappointed that you experienced HVAC issues during your stay. The system had been professionally serviced earlier this summer, so the intermittent problem was unexpected. We spent many hours during the week working with our HVAC company trying to resolve it and truly appreciate your patience. We also provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. We have now made the decision to replace the entire system, with a brand-new AC and furnace being installed this week. It was especially unfortunate that the hot tub required a repair during the same stay, but thankfully we were able to have that addressed the following day. We take great pride in our home and in being responsive when an unexpected issue arises. We’re sorry these two mechanical issues happened to coincide with your visit and appreciate your acknowledging our efforts to resolve them.

Thanks for the kind words and we are thrilled that you enjoyed our home and loved the location! We would be thrilled to host you again for another family vacation!

It’s great to hear the layout worked well for your group and that you were able to take advantage of the golf course and fishing pond — those are such fun parts of the community. We also appreciate your note about the kitchen and location — having everything you need and easy access to Deep Creek amenities really does make for a relaxing stay. We would love to welcome you back anytime for another getaway!
