Everything about this community was over the top! Four of us ladies had a little getaway and this home was absolutely stunning g -- Jodi thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. We really hated to leave and can't wait to come back-- hoping to make this an annual tradition or maybe a family vacation. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is everything you hoped for. What an amazing team Jodi has.

This house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our fall weekend at Deep Creek. We had two teens and a dog and the three bedrooms with separate bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The dog loved to sit on the back porch with the retractable fence while we read books and sipped wine. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs and our family was grateful for the ice maker and coffee machine! The community sports courts were fun for us and the kids used the pool! The docks were a short walk away and we hope to use them more next time we visit. We requested and received a late checkout for a small fee which made Sunday a lot less stressful. Thank you!

Amazing stay. House had everything we needed and more! It was an easy walk to the lake and quick drive to wisp. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

We had a great time on our long weekend away with friends. It was bitter cold that weekend so we did not use the hot tub or go snow tubing like we planned but we had an amazing time hanging out at the home. The beds are extremely comfortable. The home was equipped with everything we could ever have needed. We will definitely be returning.

Awesome place!

We had 6 adults and a toddler stay there for a ski weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home! Many nice touches - gift, ice, spices, fully stocked kitchen, great location. We would totally come back here in the summer time!!

Amazing Getaway

We can’t say enough great things about our stay at Timber Rock! From the owners communication to the beautiful cabin and surroundings, we had the most amazing time! Everything was super clean and the finishings in our Ferndale cabin were done to perfection! Our host, Jodi, was amazing with communication, answering questions, and making our stay magical! We will definitely stay at Timber Rock again!

Great Experience!

This house is a beautiful new property that fit perfectly for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone with great amenities. Our family loved it. The location was close to Swallow Falls and Deep Creek. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Timber Rock Village. The Ferndale house was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, pillows, and bathrooms. The house was equipped with pretty much everything we needed, including an electric kettle, air fryer, and even Fiesta USA-made dishware, which I loved. They really thought about the little details.It was also very dog-friendly. The patio had a mesh gate so our dogs could enjoy being outside with us, and the host provided a raised food and water feeder, plus an outdoor water bottle for hikes.Booking kayaks was super easy, though you may need a little muscle to get the single-person kayaks down. The dock has a kayak slip that makes getting in and out much easier. The pool was beautiful, and the workout room had all new equipment. The house is also conveniently located near Arrowhead Market and Deli. Don’t forget to get ice cream from Lakeside Creamery. The only downside was that Timber Rock Village is currently expanding, so there was some daytime construction noise. The hammering did not start until around 9 a.m., and it really did not affect us much since we were out boating and hiking most of the day. But if you’re planning to write a novel at the house during the day, you may want to ask about the construction schedule before booking.Overall, the hosts and their staff really thought about convenience, comfort, and safety. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Fix it please:The house fit all our needs beautifully.  We are a family with 3 teenagers and a dog.  The house was clean, well-stocked with all the kitchen essentials, food and water bowls for our dog, and comfortable for everyone.  Jodi was helpful every step of the way.  From the initial reservation, to reserving kayaks and paddleboards, to recommending a boat rental place.  We didn’t need to contact her with any issues during our stay because everything went so well. The only thing to note is if someone has issues with walking, the path to the dock is a little steep but easy enough.  Amazing trip and wonderful memories.

Great 1st Impression!

This was our first visit to Deep Creek and this property was a perfect first impression! We traveled with family that included our young adult children, a couple of their friends, AND our 2 canine family members which we LOVED having with us! The house was so clean and comfortable and accommodated our party of 8 for group meals, games at the kitchen table and around the campfire, and hot tub dips after a long day at the lake. We took advantage of the paddle boards included in the rental fee and the boat slip which was just a short walk away. I am really struggling to think about whether the home was missing anything we needed! We made a lot of memories at Ferndale and would love to make a return trip! Pro tip: The path to the boat docks is a little steep and can be slippery at times on the loose rocks. Bring sturdy shoes for the walk down.

The property is first class in every regard. It is not a typical Deep Creek house rental, but part of a little resort with gym and pool.
