Historic 2 Bedroom 2 bath home in the middle of everything the twin cities has to offer! Close to delicious food, great coffee shops, and amazing parks. Walking distance to Alienz field. 10min drive to downtown Minneapolis/downtown St. Paul. Full equipped kitchen stocked with spices.
Large backyard with grill and patio seating. Quiet one way street. Easy parking. Tons of board games and a 65” Samsung TV with a Bose sound bar great for watching movies or the “Big game” with friends and family.

Charming Historic Home

The house was an elegant, beautifully restored 100 year old tri-level home in a quiet, yet conveniently located neighborhood in St Paul. We had a little family outing there over the holidays and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The house was very roomy yet cozy and a very peaceful atmosphere. Everything was in place in the home and there was a nice fenced in back yard with a beautiful deck that one could enjoy during the summer months. Highly recommendable to anyone wanting to spend time in the Twin Cities.

Magical Place

We stayed here last minute for Thanksgiving All I can say is this is a wonderful place and location My mother was so happy and our family found the space extremely accommodating The host was very responsive and put us at ease with every question we had

Town was great and the house was perfect. Great location and safe neighborhood. Nicole was awesome and gave us great info. I recommend this to anyone in the area.

Comfy house, quiet neighborhood

Very comfortable house, close enough to downtown St. Paul so we didn't have to work too hard to get there. Could have used a few more explicit instructions a few things, like the TV, where towels were stored, but overall, enjoyed the stay very much.

Perfect spot

Location was ideal for our needs. The home has a classic charm and is well-equipped for a family get-together. Would definitely return if we are back in the area again.

Cozy, well stocked

Host is very responsive. I think the xeriscaping is very responsible and fits the neighborhood. The block the property was on seem safe however sounding areas were concerning. We would stay again.however the general area

Great host, house and yard needs work

This property needs some attention, especially the yard, both front and back. 100% weeds everywhere and totally overgrown. The back yard was unusable. The house inside is pretty good and it looks like there are more updates being planned. The host was great and very responsive. We were a little disappointed though, as the pictures showed a property that was much better maintained than what we actually got.

Great location

If you can overlook the exterior of the house, it was nicely updated inside. The location was great for us based on our plans. Upstairs bathroom was small but it worked out ok. 2nd bathroom in basement was not ideal location. Beds were comfortable and individual air conditioning units were great!

The location was great for our 4 day swim meet at the University of Minnesota. The beds were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful

Great location and very clean property! 4 of us came for a Morgan Wallen celebration concert at the same s bank stadium. It was convenient and mall of America was convenient as well. Property it was very nice. Lots of towels. Fully equipped.
