This cozy villa is perfect for a couple and is conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach, pickleball courts, and South Beach Marina. Situated on the second level, the villa features a Juliette balcony for you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

Upon entering, you'll be impressed by the beautiful furniture and modern updates throughout. On your left, you'll find a tiled walk-in shower and plenty of storage space in the bathroom. Meanwhile, the closet to your right provides additional storage for your clothes and luggage. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a full-sized oven, stove top, fridge and freezer, Keurig, microwave, and washer. A dining area for two is located adjacent to the kitchen. The living area is spacious, with a comfortable couch, smart TV, and a queen-sized Murphy bed. When you're not sleeping, you can easily store the bed away for added space in the living room.

**Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.**

**South Beach Marina Pool is NOW OPEN 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, JUNE through AUGUST! **
