Cleaning
We take cleaning very seriously at the Coastal Palms House. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized (up to the CDC guidelines) and inspected before each stay to ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment.

A word about all bedding and linens
• Beds feature high-quality (800 count) cotton sheets and pillowcases in white.
• Each bed is set with 4 pillows and white blankets.
• All bath and hand towels are white and made of high-end cotton.
• Pool/Beach towels (green – not white) are provided to guests and are located in the linen closet
between the dining area and the guest bathroom.
• Please do not use the white bath towels for outdoor use.

General Areas
The Dining Room
Located adjacent to the living area, the dining room also has direct access to the covered outdoor area, pool deck, and putting green. Its 60” round table can seat 6 to 8 people.

The Living Room
Our bright and spacious living room features a large sectional couch, two chairs, and a 75” Roku Smart TV. This space overlooks the outdoor living area.

The Kitchen
Make yourself at home in our fully remodeled kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain your companions, including cookware, glassware (for water, wine, martini, and champagne), dinnerware, outdoor plasticware for the pool deck, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee makers, electric tea kettle, blender, and basic cleaning supplies. Prepare meals and enjoy quality moments with ease and convenience.

The Game Room
Let the games begin! Here, you can enjoy the use of a multi-purpose game table that not only spins but also features billiards and air hockey. The Game Room also features bistro seating and a large 65" Smart TV, plus we offer various board games and cards.

What's Provided
You’re on vacation… the last thing that you need to do is worry about the basics. To get you started, we provide three rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher soap, and 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We also provide dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap in all bathrooms.

The Laundry Room
Feel free to use our washer and dryer located just off the Game Room in a separate, enclosed space.

BBQ Grill
The grill is powered by propane. We have a backup tank if needed. PLEASE NOTE – Be sure to clean the grill if you use it to avoid the $150 Grill cleaning fee.

Other Details
Landscaping
Landscaping service is provided once a week usually on the morning of Wednesday or Thursday. So, please don't be alarmed if you briefly see a team that takes care of this on-site. They are efficient professionals and will only be there for about 20-30 minutes.

Trash & Recycle Services
Boynton Beach City picks up trash for recycling and/or disposal every Tuesday and Friday morning. We offer three garbage and recycle bins located on the west side of the house, outside the Game Room. Simply place your trash and recycling in these bins, and we'll move them to the street for collection on the designated days. Relax and enjoy your vacation; we've got it covered!

Parties & Events
The Coastal Palms House is situated in a residential neighborhood where local ordinances prohibit excessively loud music or noise. As a policy, we do not permit parties, receptions, or events. However, small gatherings like birthdays or bachelorette parties are allowed only for the guests staying at the house (up to 6 people), provided there is no excessive noise.

Parking
Our driveway provides ample parking for two to three cars.

Heading to the beach?
Boynton Beach Public Beach is just 2.1 miles from the Coastal Palms House. We provide six foldable beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach bag for your convenience. You can find these items in the Laundry Room. Please remember to return them after use.

Bugs & critters
Florida's sub-tropical climate means there are more critters around compared to colder areas. To minimize bugs and insects, we regularly spray the property. Please help by keeping doors and screens closed and avoid leaving unattended food out to prevent attracting critters. While they are mostly harmless, they can still be annoying.

Security cameras
For your privacy and safety, a Nest Doorbell Camera greets everyone that enters the property. The camera is visible and records audio/video 24/7, although we do not guarantee this. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOUSE.
