The property was clean, but the frying pan was nasty and old. The fan in the master bath could not be used. It made a terrible noise. Opening the sliding door to the patio was nearly impossible. The pool area and beach were nice, but you should not have to pay 75 for chairs and an umbrella on the beach and 50 for chairs with an umbrella at the pool. That should he included in the price.

Thanks for staying with us Michael. Looking back on your conversation with our host, I noticed you did not mention anything regarding a few of the issues you raised. We would have corrected them if we had known. As far as the price for the beach chairs/umbrella that is set by a separate company, not Emerald Coast. Please consider returning to stay with us again.

We had a few issues right up front. Unexpected service people that we weren’t informed about. Had a dryer issue that could not be fixed during our stay, had to go to the local laundromat. We’re were given a credit on our stay, so that helped. Farah, our property manager, was very responsive and helped right away. We love this particular unit. It’s very well appointed, clean, great view of the resort and beach, furnishing were updated and comfortable.

Excellent location and rental!

We visited the Edgewater resort in PCB as part of our annual winter getaway! The rental was very nice and well kept. The view was priceless! We specifically enjoyed the location right on the beach, hot tub and secure location. Kelly and Farah were responsive and helped answer any questions we had.
