Welcome to our Cozy Coral Cove, located at Edgewater Beach Resort. (Unit 402, located in Tower One) This is the way visiting the beach should be. Sit back and relax in this beautifully decorated and designed condo with plenty of cozy beach vibes. You won't ever want to leave this amazing two bedroom and two bathroom condo with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and some of the best sunsets you will find anywhere. This 4th floor condo sleeps up to nine guests and it features two full baths. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. In the second bedroom, you'll find a king bed and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo. If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher. The furnished balcony is perfect watching sunsets, the beach and pool deck. Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance. For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer, free WiFi, a stocked coffee area, and room to make all the memories. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, tennis facilities, 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), 4 gulf-front hot tubs, onsite dining, and more! Keyless entry code provided prior to arrival. Easy registration with the resort ($50, not included at booking). New Resort Rules 04/01/2023. Guests must register for property access and parking pass. Email with instructions sent prior to arrival.

We had the best stay at the Coral Cove at Edgewater Resorts! The condo was so clean, had amazing views, and had everything we needed for the week. Mandy was very responsive and attentive to anything we needed. Hope to stay here again at future visits to PCB!

My husband and I celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary on September 9, 2025. We enjoyed our stay and definitely rate the "Cozy Coral Cove" a 5 star plus! The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and kept very well. The views are amazing!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The ocean and pool views were beautiful and the condo itself was exceptionally well decorated, comfortable and inviting. Every amenity I could possibly need was already there, I honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have been added to make the stay any better. Mandy was a joy to work with from start to finish and made everything easy and enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would not hesitate to stay again. I’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

We loved this condo and have stayed in several others! Would certainly come back again another year to this condo! Owner was responsive, the unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need. Highly recommend!
