Overall was good
We stayed for just an over night girls trip. There were 3 of us. Plenty of space. We had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and utensils along with coffee, which was nice. There were however a lot of scuffs and surface damages to the apartment from prior renters and but nothing that kept us from enjoying our trip. Brand new is a bit of a stretch but overall it was good. Perfectly located just outside of downtown..

Not Quite as Advertised
Leading the title of the property off with "Brand New" is misleading. While the property is new construction, the unit has clearly been rented many times. There is scuffs all over the walls, poor paint jobs, and other signs of extensive use. "We've thought of everything" is also a misnomer. Despite advertising that they can accommodate several adults, there was barely enough towels for our party of 7 adults. There were NO wash cloths. There also was no proper bedding for either of the pull out couches. The kitchen was not fully equipped. No measuring cups, no plastic utensils to use with Teflon cookware. No mixing bowls. We preheated the oven to use for cooking and there was an odd odor. Turns out there was a pot of used cooking oil inside. The front bedroom television was basically for show. The remote didn't belong to the tv and there was no streaming device. 3 out of 5 because it was a dry, clean space in a seemingly good neighborhood close to PBI airport. If you have a lot of adults and want space, look elsehwere.

Getaway
The property could use a thorough cleaning as there were visible stains left on the furniture, walls and throughout the apartment. The floors still had crumbs and dust left on it. The furniture could use replacing as 1 out of 3 chairs were broken. The dining table felt as it was going to fall apart as it was very wobbly. The host was not adequate in responding as I inquired about early check in but did not respond. Check in is at your stated time. There was no paper towels or toilet paper in the unit. The host did amazon those things later the day and the following morning. However, these things should've been initially provided as it was a inconvenience when checking in. There was no dishwasher pods and the dish soap was very watered down that it was nearly impossible to use that would ensure the dishes were clean. One of two of the beds in the master suite was comfortable. I appreciated the fact the mattress had a mattress covering on it. I would advise bringing extra towels as not many are provided. You do have to reach out to the host for the Wifi password as that's not initially provided. Overall the stay was good as it was quiet at night. Parking at night was crowded and you had to park away from the building. A huge advantage was being downtown close to Clematis Street for shopping and restaurants. I would consider staying if needed and the above issues were addressed.

Property was nice. I had to ask for something that should have been communicated with me, such as code to get in and wifi.
