*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times. ***

**This cabin is pet-friendly, but the pet fee is not included in the nightly rate. A $150 pet fee applies for up to two pets, each under 50 pounds. All pets must be approved prior to arrival, and exterior cameras are used to verify compliance.**


• GATHERING SPACE

Step inside and feel the welcoming atmosphere of the cabin, where the simplicity of an open floor plan meets the warmth of a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. It's a place designed for unwinding, where rustic touches and comfortable furnishings, including two leather sofas and a plush lounging chair, invite you to relax. A Smart TV is available for those quiet evenings in, offering a touch of modern convenience to your stay.

Right next to the living area, you'll find the kitchen and dining space, a central spot for gathering with family and friends. The dining area accommodates up to 12 people, featuring a mix of a large table and bar seating, ensuring there's room for everyone.

The kitchen itself is practical and well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stovetop. It's set up for you to easily prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a more involved dinner, making meals straightforward and hassle-free. This cabin combines comfort with functionality, providing a cozy retreat.

Towards the back of the cabin, you will find the entertainment room featuring an arcade console, a large sectional that offers additional sleeping with a queen sofa sleeper pullout. Additionally, this room is adorned with a high-definition TV and expansive windows that frame picturesque, wooded views, inviting the beauty of nature to seamlessly blend with your relaxation.

For your convenience, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the main level.



• BEDROOMS: SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS

The cabin features 2 private King bedrooms with private baths attached, 1 bunkroom with 4 twin size beds, and 1 queen sofa sleeper. All beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses. Sleeps 10 in comfortable beds.

Step into luxurious relaxation in the first king suite located just off of the living room, with a spacious king size bed, TV, dresser, and a luxurious attached bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, you'll feel pampered and rejuvenated. This bedroom also features private access to the outdoor covered patio.

Just across the hall is the second master bedroom welcomes you with a plush king bed, TV, and large attached private bath featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Venture back out to the living room on the opposite end of the cabin you will discover the bunkroom area which holds custom-built bunkbeds featuring 4 twin size plush beds. This room also offers an attached private bath with a walk-in shower/tub, and TV for added entertainment.



• OUTDOORS:

Step out onto the spacious deck and enjoy the panoramic private views while lounging on the outdoor sectional. Take in the scenery and cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly nights, as well as an extra TV for entertainment. The covered patio area offers a gas grill with propane provided, a table and chairs for 4, a foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole, and various seating options including 4 Adirondack chairs and 2 reclining lounge chairs. The highlight of the outdoor area is the hot tub in the adjacent gazebo, offering a stunning view of the creek.

Down the stairs, a fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs invites you to indulge in s'mores and enjoy stargazing. For added fun, there's a horseshoe pit and a tetherball pole near the fire pit. And just a short distance from the property, you'll find an expansive creek to explore.

• 9 miles from the north State Park entrance and great restaurants including Grateful Head Pizza, Blue Rooster and Girls Gone Wine

• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water-shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.

A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
