The location of the home was perfect for us to drive to family and our new home build, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved the open spacious great room and lanai to the pool. Since we stayed a week, we cooked in the kitchen - and had everything we needed. And the yard and pool were highlights for us - providing great vacation vibe even though we were working remotely. If not already booked for our next trip dates, would have come back.

Great Rental!

The property was fantastic! Perfect accommodation for our family + 2 dogs! Large rooms, table games, and pool were hits. Very clean, especially for a pet friendly listing! Host strives to provide everything needed/desired for a home away from home and responds quickly to any communications. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised!

This property is absolutely amazing (better than the pictures) and the house was so unique and private. From the moment we turned into the private driveway we knew we were in for a quiet, beautiful stay of respite. The location was great the supermarket and great restaurants all within a 10 min drive. We truly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning again. Eric was a great host!

Property owner needs to have the roof attic space and/or walls checked for rodents or other animals. Sounds of animal activity was prevalent during the entire stay especially at night.

Sister Get Together

Three sisters from Tennessee visited our fourth sister in Jacksonville, FL. The home was perfect for a family visit and just hanging out. It felt very quiet and private. The pool was great for our nieces and several enjoyed the various games on site. The location was perfect for our family in town. I love the open spacious feel of the entire home. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home - Peaceful setting

LOVE this home! Five stars in cleanliness, decor, location and everything else. It is a spacious pool home on a small pond, surrounded by woods but close to everything. It is spotless, with all necessities provided, comfortable furniture and beds and decorated beautifully. Communication with property manager was quick with all questions answered. Will definitely come back for another visit.
