No more than 5 vehicles parked at or near the home. If there more than five vehicles we will ask that guest to leave and the community may tow the vehicle.

Pool is not available, the pool is only for residents.

No outside guests after 9:30 pm. If there are guests who are not registered with the group after 9:30 pm we will ask them to leave.

Golf Course Community stay and play golf, community pool. One story home. Very easy to get around. Very close to shopping malls and the beach. Garage is not included in the rental. South Hampton golf course is one of the finest golf course in Florida. Another home is available across the street for booking when a bigger group is coming. Easy access to the interstate and restaurants. Available for longer stays as well.

If you are legitimately coming to Jacksonville to enjoy a vacation we would love to have you. But if you are trying to book the home in order to have Club night then that is not allowed. We do monitor the premises with security and we will ask people to leave immediately and you will lose all the money that you paid for the booking. We are not going to tolerate parties.

Thanksgiving visit

Great property located a few miles from Shearwater, where my daughter and family live. This made it very convenient while spending the holiday together. We looked forward to booking again next time we come down to visit.

Golf Trip

We volunteer for the Players Championship in March and return in summer to play TPC Sawgrass (one of the perks we earn for volunteering). We stay in the same house both times each year and love it. The host is great, responsive and the house is always ready for us. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great, clean house but communication lacking

Four golfers staying in the house. Great location, clean and comfortable. Nice beds. Did not receive check in info until one and a half hours before check in. We traveled from out of state and were concerned that we may not be able to get in the house. Emailed, texted and called owner and was never able to connect. Thanks to VRBO who were able to communicate with owner we received the check in info. No info for WiFi, TV or check out one.

Fancy House

Overall excellent but no towel racks in the shower room and the shower-sink area receptacles were not working. A very spacious and elegant facility.

Annual Family Fun

For our situation this was the perfect location. Our adult son and his wife had just moved to Florida (across the road at the Stone Creek subdivision). My husband, daughter, sister and I decided to visit them and enjoy all the activities in the area. When you walk into the house, you feel that you’ve arrived at an expensive, cozy, summer house . . . you feel right at home. You look around and know this is a place where you can unwind and relax. The décor is lovely – the owners put a lot of thought, care, and expense into the décor, and it shows. The whole house was very clean – I didn’t find anything that was dirty, and I looked. My husband and I stayed in the Master Bedroom. The room was large and had plenty of space to put my belongings. I loved the large, walk-in closets – one for me and one for my husband! The bed was comfortable, but I was most impressed with the shower – I loved the design, it was so roomy, clean, had great water pressure, and maintained its temperature. I had plenty of counter space to put my makeup and hair products – thanks for furnishing a magnifying cosmetic mirror! Each morning, my husband and I enjoyed a cup of coffee sitting out on the large back porch overlooking the pond. It is such a beautiful view – and such a nice way to start our day! The house was exceptional, and we will definitely stay there again. Thank you to the owners for making our family get together extra special.

Golf outing

The accommodations were excellent and we had ample room to lounge, enjoy meals, and watch TV. The location is close to many dining options and I would definitely book this home again in the future.

Great Vacation Spot

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our time together in this golf community. Location is very accessible to local shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Excellent hostess communication.

This house was a “vacation saver “ for us…! After a last minute cancellation of another house, Mark (the host) came through for us…everything was excellent…just a recommendation: it needs sheets for the sofa beds, and better pillows. Other than that everything was great. Thanks so much!!!!

Family gathering for the Celebration of life of another family member.

This was a lovely place for our family to get together. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio. The kitchen is stocked with most everything you need to cook and bake. I would definitely rent this property again.

Review

The stay was very very nice. The home is very spacious and very beautiful. Recommend to have TVs in every room. Also, provide check in details sooner than a few hours before checking in. The pool access key did not work, but the staff at the community recreational area was kind and let us in. Overall, the experience was excellent. Will definitely return again and recommend this property!!!
