While some units on the property are equipped with in-unit washers and dryers, this specific unit does not have private laundry. Guests have access to the on-site communal laundry facilities, which are available to all guests. We understand that this differed from your expectations; however, access to laundry was provided. Beach towels are typically supplied for this unit. We regret that they were not located during your stay; however, our team was available to assist once notified. The bath towels provided met standard hospitality requirements, and we did not receive a request for replacements during your stay. Our management team responded to messages as they were received and provided clarification when contacted. While we understand that reaching out during a vacation is not ideal, assistance and support were available throughout your stay. We strive to ensure that our listings and amenities are accurately represented and are reviewing your feedback accordingly.
