Ruth’s property has everything you could need for a great stay on Siesta Key! Everything is clean and as indicated. She is extremely responsive and helpful.

Very nice, newly renovated unit. The location was perfect for our 2 night stay. Good communication from the owner, and about as easy of a check-in and check-out process you can get. Will definitely put this on the list next time we come back to Siesta!

Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with VRBO. Very clean, well taken care of and Ruth was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend these people and property. Will be back next year!

We found everything to be great! The photos showing the property were very accurate depictions. The villa was very clean and adequately stocked. Can’t say enough about private beach it is beautiful!

We enjoyed spending a week in this villa. It was cozy, very clean and perfect for our family. Great location... you can enjoy 3 different pools or the private beach aera. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at this property the week tropical storm Bertha was off the coast and although we had choppy waves while we were there, it was still a great time. The sand was white and cool. The water was warm. Everything was perfect. grocery stores are available within a 10 minute drive and you can take the free trolley into the village for your shopping and eating out worry free.

A perfect get away. Close to one of the prettiest beach’s in the world. Furnished with all the amenities needed. Very clean and up to date with great communication from the owner before, during, and after the booking. Highly recommend this booking.

We stayed 5 nights (May 16-21). It was our first time using VRBO and our host was friendly, prompt and conscientious. The condo was described perfectly. All appliances and TVs appeared to be new. The beach is beautiful and the swimming pool was not crowded.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. It was only 2 days but the place was super cleaned and as described. Parking was a slight hassle as they were doing paving when we arrived and we couldn’t park under cover and had to park across the complex. But that was no fault of the owner. We loved the location of this unit as it is easy access to a beautiful private beach that was peaceful and calm. We wished we could’ve stayed longer, but it was a welcome respite for us. Ruth was a wonderful host and very communicative and helpful. Definitely can recommend this place if you’re visiting siesta key and want a relaxing spot with wonderful beach access!

We had a fantastic time!! The unit is beautiful with great amenities and a wonderful location. The private beach is beautiful. And there are three pools (although we spent our time at the beach). The description was perfect. The host’s communication was terrific. Highly recommended!!

We had an wonderful stay at this Siesta Key property! The unit was exactly as described, clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was outstanding, with less than a five-minute walk to Siesta Key Beach and close proximity to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We especially appreciated being able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the laid-back island atmosphere without having to travel far. The shuttle bus has a location directly out front of the complex. Highly recommend taking advantage of the free service rather than paying for parking in Siesta Key Village. The property itself was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was exceptional, providing clear communication before and during our stay and ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Key and would gladly stay here again.

This was a great experience from start to finish! The villa was centrally located and a short walk to a beautiful private beach! Complimentary parking right in front of the exterior door was very convenient! Communication with the owners was excellent. I received replies within minutes. We appreciated all the beach accessories to help make our vacation even more enjoyable! We could tell the unit was recently renovated and all the appliances were brand new! The free trolley to Siesta Village was amazing! We are hoping to come back in the future! Thank you for an amazing stay!

It was such a wonderful place. The air conditioner was incredible. The pool we're so wonderful and the beach was so spaceous, not crowded at all. Everything was wonderful!!!
