Family reunion

Several of my siblings stayed at the lake house for our father's funeral. The house was lovely and just as described. It was a wonderful place to gather for a few days.

Stunning lake view

The owner had great communication, the house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. My favorite thing was drinking coffee on the back porch that over looks tall pine trees and the lake. The fire pit was nice as well.

Peaceful haven

This home was great for our group of seven 65ish year old friends. We watched the gorgeous sunrise each morning. Played games. Enjoyed the wonderful patio/deck. Terri was so kind to call before we arrived to let us know a few things to enjoy in the area. We had a great time!

This house is perfect in every way

Every stay has been perfect and the view is beyond beautiful. This house is decorated with great detail and every need is taken care of with great planning. We had another wonderful time.

Perfect House and location

This house is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. The back porch with the view of the water is the best view for any stress. Clean house with great beds. Will be back.

Very friendly hostess

Amazing Lake View

Just perfect for our little family vacation. The location is awesome and has the most amazing views of the lake. We loved just going straight to the shoreline and jumping in the boat. We spent a lot of time outside and relaxing on the huge patio. Plenty of chairs for everyone and the firepit was awesome in the evenings. Host is super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will be back.

Beautiful waterfront home

The house is beautiful easy walk to the water we had 4 adults and 2 kids we all were very comfortable, we absolutely loved it and it’s in a nice cove on the water so it made riding the kids on the jet ski easy

Excellent Time

We stayed 4 days recently for a bass fishing tournament and enjoyed every minute. The views are incredible off the back porch. The property owner walked us through all the amenities and any questions we had. The home was incredibly spacious and convenient to boat docks. We were able to park our boat at the house and also had 2 other vehicles. Huge back porch with tons of seating. Peaceful setting. Highly recommend this home for your stay on Sam Rayburn lake.

Amazing View

Great property with plenty of shoreline parking for boats, and an awesome view from the patio. Birds watchers will love the variety and quantity of our feathered friends. We will probably reserve again next year!

Beautiful peaceful view

This property was perfect for our family. It has everything you need when you stay! The view is amazing and easy for us to beach our boat! The weather was pretty cold while we were there so I didn’t get to sit outside as much as I wanted but it has the perfect set up to hang outside with the family! The property is also only a couple of miles from a few places to eat.

Beautiful, peaceful lake house

This beautiful house on the lake was the perfect place for our family to be together with lots of things for the kids to do. The house was well stocked and very clean. Terri was very accessible for communication. We can't thank her enough for sharing her lake house with us. We highly recommend this wonderful getaway.

Perfect location!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect and the scenery is beautiful! I’ve rented so many vacation properties in the past and this one by far beats all of them! It’s very clean, comfortable, and has everything you could think of needing. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Lake Getaway

This property was perfect for our Lake Getaway. We really enjoyed the beach access and huge backyard deck. The house is really comfortable and Terri was great! We had a few questions and she was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again someday!

East TX Paradise

3rd time to stay at this beautiful home. The layout inside and out is perfect for family hangouts. Even in the heat we were drawn to stay on the deck till dark. Easy short walk on lighted path and gorgeous lake views. Comfortable beds and cold A/C. Terri has the house well stocked with essentials. Plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood.

Great Place To Stay

Everyone was very pleased with this house and location. Everything was nice and clean. Lots of room for us all. We loved spending time on the back deck looking at the water and eating almost every meal. The back yard spacious all the way to the lake. The weather was perfect and the lake level was down a little so kids got to play down by the lake. The owners were very easy to contact and friendly if we had a question or needed anything. (that's a PLUS in my book) We look foward staying here again.

Great Fishing Trip Getaway

This was an excellent location for access to the lake for fishing. The hose was great and the view of the lake made it relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place

Great place. Property owner very nice and easy to work with. Only real “negative” was all bedrooms were upstairs but was not a real issue. House is well maintained and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Stay

Terri had everything we needed at her lake house! She was SO accommodating and so sweet! She let us know of all of the best spots to eat and things to do. We were evacuating from a hurricane and she was so sweet and understanding and this place truly was the best vacation my family has been on! The lake in the back of the home was so fun and my babies loved playing in the sand and water. We fished and caught some perch and even had a BBQ! We want to come back here next year! Whitney

We live in Houston and we find it is an easy 2/12 hour drive to the lake. Once we are here the stress and hectic life seems to fade away. Our family has been coming to Sam Rayburn for over 30 years. My husband's family had a lakehouse on Rayburn while he was growing up. We love experiencing the things we did growing up with our two college boys and their friends. We really like that the kids 'unplug' while they are here. Hard to text while you are wakeboarding or fishing. We find it the perfect lake for us, the water is clean, the fishing is top-notch, the kids can be outside all day long just having fun, and creating memories.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This house has been well maintained and we recently remodeled the bathrooms. We really want our guests to have plenty of room, and have chosen to only place one bed in each bedroom. Recently also added a 400 square foot deck off the back of the house. It's important to me that the beds and linens are top drawer. We have high thread count sheets and designer bedding. We love coming outside first thing in the morning to soak up the peace and serenity of the clean air and the sound of the birds, and the fisherman heading off to their favorite fishing holes!
