This was very surprising to hear because we have had dozens of 5 star reviews over multiple platforms during the past year and never a complaint concerning the cleanliness of the home. We wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay so we could have immediately sent our cleaning team back to address any issues. We are always available to resolve problems while our guests are in the home. Since receiving your review, we have thoroughly inspected the property with our cleaning and maintenance teams. As a lakefront home, we do occasionally deal with spiders, insects, and outdoor debris due to the natural environment, especially during the summer months, but that should never prevent guests from enjoying the property. We have also reviewed our cleaning procedures to ensure our standards continue to be met. We appreciate your compliments about the home's layout and location, and we're sorry your overall experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we strive to provide.
