Dos Monitos #2, located in the beach community of Playa Grande, a short drive from the beach. The property is fully equipped with the basic necessities to enjoy your vacation. It has secure parking within a small gated community of four villas, and security, all surrounded by jungle. There are beautiful green areas which our maintenance team looks after constantly. This villa is in a huge property with 2 other small villas and and a main house. The villas are designed to keep privacy. Each of them are fully equipped and have access to their own private pool.

Due to the El Niño phenomenon and regional drought in Guanacaste, water rationing protocols are active. We kindly ask our guests to help conserve water during their stay.
