We're glad to hear the home was a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the pool views and family-friendly layout. We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the upstairs bed and the sofa cushions. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll have our team inspect the mattress and schedule a deep clean of the sofa right away to ensure this is addressed for future guests. We’re also sorry an earring was lost — if you haven’t already retrieved it, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to have housekeeping check again for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the spaciousness of our property. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay. We strive to provide a comfortable and seamless experience for all our guests, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. Regarding the bedding and cleanliness of the pull-out bed, we apologize for the oversight. Rest assured, we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen again. We are also sorry for the water interruptions you experienced. Such occurrences are rare, and we understand how inconvenient this must have been. We are looking into the matter to prevent future disruptions. Lastly, thank you for bringing the issue with the balcony door handle to our attention. We appreciate your husband's initiative in fixing it, but we regret that this task fell upon you. We value your feedback and would love the opportunity to make things right. Please feel free to reach out to us directly during your next stay so we can promptly address any concerns. Thank you for recommending our property despite these issues. We hope to welcome you back soon for a better experience. Warm regards, Life in Paradise Team
