Very close to beach, condo is clean and very well stocked with everything you could need! Host is very quick to respond to communication. Loved our time here!

Great stay at Carolina Beach!

We had a great stay at Swell Life in Carolina Beach! The house is very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location has easy access to the a beach. The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach. The owners were very easy to communicate with and have thought of everything that you would need to make your stay extra special.

We just visited from 8/6-8/10 and we loved the place. It super cute and less then a minute walk to the beautiful beach. They provided two beach chairs, beach towels, a beach blanket, and even an umbrella. And, for us (a couple in our 50's) it was a quiet and peaceful location. Away from the craziness of the center of the town, but yet only a 5 minute drive to main part of town. We explored a number of places and loved Havana’s Restaurant (was great), and had a blast at the The Fat Pelican. So, if you are looking to visit Carolina Beach, I highly recommend staying at Tom and Ericka's Swell Life Condo.

Great location & home

Great location to the beach and town. Perfect home- clean, simple and updated. Excellent communications with the homeowners- very efficient process of checking in and out. Overall, excellent experience!

Lovely getaway at Swell Life

Beautiful condo with great extras like snacks and drinks. Property owners were extremely responsive with questions we had. Property is dog friendly with a nice grassy area on the side of the building. Easy walk to the beach with chairs and towels provided. Had a lovely time and will definitely return again!

The condo is absolutely adorable and accurately depicted in the photos. It was well stocked with snacks, drinks, and a bottle of Yes Way Rose'! Beach towels, 2 chairs and a collapsible wagon provided. The beach is a short walk. Condo is also very close to Freeman Park which we discovered on this trip. You can drive (4WD ONLY) onto the beach and spend the day there with your dog. No schlepping and no times of the day when dogs aren't allowed. Had a great time!

We enjoy a great time at Swell Life. The condo was immaculate, well stocked & we loved the sheets & beds! Thank you for the water & snacks…they were a delicious touch. The beach access is truly a 3 minute walk across the street where we enjoyed 4th of July fireworks. The pool was clean and refreshing. Great parking under the unit too. We look forward to coming back to this great condoPatti

Great property and owners. Being the end unit, it is very quiet. Loved having the convenience of a washer and dryer. Perfect size space for a beach vacation! Owners were extremely receptive and quick to reply to any questions! Pool was also well kept.
