We've dubbed our Condo "Chillaxing" stemming from the feeling of chilling on the front deck relaxing with a cold drink in hand oceanfront. This condo has been fully renovated that includes spacious living quarters and has enough room for 7 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms has been decorated with comfort and class in mind. Each bedroom has a deck, with the master facing the ocean and the guest bedroom deck having a view of the canal. The condo features flat screen TVs in each room (Netflix included), and newly updated appliances and hardwoods throughout.

Great location, great view of the ocean

Overall it was a good stay. The property needs a little maintenance (toilet paper holder broken, no batteries in remote and missing backs, floor separating from house settling, needs some paint). Kitchen was well stocked and the towels were nice and large. We were warned about the parking ahead of time, as it can be tight and you may need to call someone to move their car. Again location was great with only a 6 minute walk to the boardwalk. Unit is right on the ocean.

Spring time visit

We had a fantastic time - quiet, clean and comfortable, and super easy beach access. I would stay here again.

It's a beautiful place! It's great to park the car and just walk everywhere into town. The place has everything you need for a great vacation!

We had a great time. The condo is walking distance to the board walk, shops and restaurants. The view from the porch is amazing. We would definitely stay here again. The host is easy to contact and returns

Great place! Great location!

This condo made for a perfect week at the beach! It is simple but enough. The owner was easy to communicate with, space was clean, amenities were well taken care of and the view of the beach is the best! We'll be back.

Mini Mothers Day Getaway

Location was perfect. Pull out wasn't too comfy but beds were great. Clean. Fully stocked with everything you’d need. We really enjoyed our stay!

this is my 2nd time staying here, and it is a wonderful choice for Carolina Beach -- great location, and a lovely condo. The huge balcony is really nice spot for morning coffee and sunrise watching!

Concert Trip

We went to The Live Oak Pavilion for the Cody Jinks concert. The location was perfect with access to shopping and many restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the deck in the evening. Would stay again.

Great property, great time

The property was clean, more than enough room, everything we needed was available. Especially loved the deck with a great view of the beach and ocean. Conveniently located, short walk to what became our favorite place to eat.

Great view....easy walk to Boardwalk....You can't see the Thursday fireworks from the balcony but all you have to do is walk downstairs to catch it....

Great Place and Location

4 adults and 2 children and had a great time. Great location and clean nice condo that worked well for our needs. Minor inconvenience on parking but overall a great experience. Short walk to boardwalk and restaurants and most of all right on the beach!
