We are so excited about our new cabin! Because we are brand new and we are excited to share our cabin with you, we are offering discounted stays to our repeat guests. We are so certain you'll love your stay that you'll be ready to book AGAIN!

This outstanding 5 BR/4.5 bath luxury cabin, comfortably sleeps 12, offers a private pool with an incredible Mountain View, double level outdoor decks, and hundreds of square feet of deck to enjoy the true million dollar view of the surrounding Smoky Mountains! This beautifully decorated upscale custom built cabin offers the best of the best in comfort and amenities in a spacious yet cozy atmosphere.



The area has so much to offer, but our new cabin really does steal the show! Between your own personal pool, outdoor fireplace, & more, you may not want to even leave the cabin!




Upon entering the cabin you will see a spacious living room with an electric fireplace, no better way to relax while watching the game or a movie! The living room flows into a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. Also on this main level you'll find two large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms which is such a plus, no sharing bathrooms in this cabin!




No need to go upstairs for a beverage because we have a fridge and sink right there! After making your way through you will find your own personal pool with the remote for temperature control, with a view that is sure to take your breath away. This bottom level is also where you will find the other three bedrooms. Once again each with their own private bathrooms.




As amazing as the interior of the cabin is, the exterior is what is extra special to our family! There, you'll find an outdoor fireplace surrounded by comfortable seating to enjoy late night talks and reminiscing about good ole times! Right behind this spot is a place for outdoor dining, grilling. If you were to take a trip to the lower deck you will find our private temperature controlled pool over looking the Smokies, it is truly an amazing feeling to relax in the pool and soak up those views!

Mountain View

The place was beautiful. The views was so beautiful listening to the pool and Jacuzzi. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Nice place to get away escape the city life. It had a large living space where you can entertain up to 10 to 12 people. We had a group of eight it was beautiful. All the rooms was nice. Everything was up to standards.

Beautiful Home

My family stayed 4 nights in this beautiful home. Total of 9 of us. Plenty of room. The house was very clean. It had everything accurately in the description. My family loved this house. And Gatlinburg! We had great time. The host answered our questions quickly and had great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty house with beautiful view!

The house is pretty, the setting is gorgeous. Easy acess! There was no freshen up for our arrival as there were countless lady bugs throughout the house. The pool didn't operate by the controls.

Beautiful modern home with amazing views

Me and my family loved the house. Lots of room and great views of the mountains. Kinda upsetting that the pool heater or pump wasn’t working as described on previous reviews. Also the dishwasher wasn’t working properly either. but other than that we still find ways to enjoy the house.It’s located on a quiet neighborhood away from all of the noise or traffic. A little bit different from the other cabin style homes but the modern look gives it a different vibe that we all enjoyed. Kim was very helpful and communication was very easy.

30 minutes out from town, but worth it for the prestine views and mornings. Pool/hot tub, ping pong table were nice pluses. We would stay again.

Long Weekend

We took a long weekend to celebrate our son’s 14th birthday. This cabin was beautiful and just as described! The host was very responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay!

Disappointed

Pool was green, took the next day and second message to get a response back, but did get an immediate response on check-out instructions. Pool never got cleaned, temp control was out so pool was freezing and I specifically asked before booking if pool was temp controlled. I was assured it was, they failed to mention only when working. Microwave in kitchen didnt work. Hot tub was dirty. Shame because view and house were great! Wont let me upload photo of pool.

RENTERS BEWARE! This house was nice but not well maintained.The following is a list of all the issues we discovered a few hours after our arrival..-Downstairs bathroom flooded and was clogged so it was inoperable during stay.-The main level’s bathroom did not have ANY functioning lights.-Main level sliding doors & bar window did not lock. We had to put a broomstick in the sliding door in order to properly secure it. The bar window didn’t lock at all, you can just pull it up to access the house.-Pool is filthy, full of bugs and algae & rust.We weren’t able to use the pool because even after some random guy (with no uniform, no company car, no business card) came to service the pool- the algae was still visible. The rust spots definitely made the pool look unclean as well. The house wasn’t stocked with any games. The ping pong balls had holes in them. There was no step for the hot tub. We had to use the edge of a lounge chair to enter the hot tub. I sent a message via the app to have these issues addressed or receive some sort of compensation and all those messages went unanswered. This was my first and last time using VRBO.

The property is beautiful and not very far from local attractions. We did get lost a few times getting there but it was due to us driving at night and not being familiar with areas. Caleb responded very promptly to all our needs. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit that area

Stunning views, warm fireplaces!

We had an amazing wonderful time at this cabin! The rooms were perfect for the different age groups. Older family was upstairs and all the younger ones downstairs by the game room and swim spa. The kitchen is perfect, views were breathtaking and each days explorations / destinations were just a short drive in any direction. We will be back!

Mountain View

Our band of friends met in the mountains at the beautiful cabin. The cabin provided large areas for us to gather and private areas for escape. We were comfortable inside and outside. The lighting was bright enough for playing card games. We contacted the manager regarding a couple of small issues. They were resolved quickly and correctly. We recommend this place to groups and families.

We loved the placed, we were probably the third guest in the house, we loved the placed The only thing that i do wish to have had was curtains for the top bedrooms, but thats a small detail, overall we loved the experience

excellent views and home to enjoy family gathering

Thank you for a wonderful family gathering. We had a wonderful time. Saw many sites around the Smokey mountain region. Some family members enjoyed the beautiful hiking trails around the area. Great restaurant finds in Sevierville and surrounding towns. Rental was nice and clean and everything we could ask for. We found we can order from Walmart Neighborhood Market on DollyWood Parkway in Seveirville and they will delivery. Very convenient having supplies to order delivered there within hours after you arrive. Thank you for making it a very enjoyable stay. Judy

Very nice property .... almost perfect.

Fantastic new property with an amazing amount of room and incredible view. Beautiful decor. We had a great time but I would suggest a few improvements as new rental: - Pool heating was not intuitive and in fact we never were able to heat the pool to a temp that was usable for us. - Some board games or cards, etc... would be good to have available - additional propane tanks to have the outdoor fireplace ready to use. Overall, fantastic stay and beautiful spot. I would recommend the place and would rent again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Misleading advertisement- you don’t get any “free” nights when booking. We chose this house because of the view and pool. I even emailed to make sure the pool was functional for use after reading previous reviews, which I was told it was. When we checked in the pool water was green and couldn’t see the bottom was covered with gross brown and tan clumps of algae, hot tub was dirty as well. The house was filthy (inside and out) when we got there- socks & pool toys were left thrown around the pool, food debris and trash on the floors (wasn’t swept or vacuumed), dead bugs were inside the house. The kitchen floor was so sticky that my mom’s sandal got stuck to it and almost fell because of it. Microwave does not work upstairs. Our last night, we noticed that the locks on the doors only locked the handle, doors still open the opposite direction, 3 of the 4 beds in the bunk room had urine stains all over the protector sheets. Contacted host and he responded quickly. We were told cleaning company would arrive between 8-9 am and didn’t show up until early afternoon, pool co came mid afternoon and were there for maybe 10 minutes. All they did was sweep the bottom of the floor (sweep NOT vacuum), dumped some chemicals in and changed the filter. We were told to wait 30 min and it would be good to use. Day of check out still gross. Broken balls for ping pong. Requested reimbursement waiting to see what is done. Would not recommend.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful but the cleanliness was not great. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, we went and purchased bleach and scrubbed them down just for peace of mind. The pool was advertised as temperature controlled but it was freezing and we didn't see how to change it.The entire place was very dusty with food debris in the couch, drawers. The lights are filled with bugs and dust. One of the toilets didn't flush, i did not contact the host about this as we had several other bathrooms and i didn't want a stranger coming in to fix it as we were all girls. There was an alarm going off at a nearby cabin the first 2 days so every time we were on the deck or hot tub it's all we could hear. I did contact the host about but they were asking for information we just didn't have about where it was coming from. It was eventually turned off by the end of the 2nd day. We completely lost wifi which was terrible because we were trying to look up things,directions, no tv, etc. I did message the host who mentioned there was outages. The mountain view was pretty but there was so much trash everywhere near the property. The host was responsive but that didnt help the alarm or wifi issues. Sadly I dont think i would stay here again for the price. The house itself is beautiful..freezing abd we du

property is beautiful,great view, but need some things taken care of. have been to much cleaner cabins! 2nd bedroom on main level,can`t take shower and have vent fan on.throws breaker on outside wall, leaves you in shower in the dark! needs new coffee pot. were few other concerns,but was addressed when we called.patio door slides open on part that is not supposed to slide making lock useless. does have nice stove,fridge,washer,dryer.A few other small things need to be dealt with,but this is my review on this cabin .property manager was very nice,when we spoke to him,sent someone out,on holiday,worked on some issues ,but breakers happened later.issues should be taken care of before renter gets there.

Tarnished Stay

It's important to make sure you know what you are presenting to renters, especially if you are going to put so much effort into making sure the renters do their part in protecting YOUR investment. It goes both ways. I'm sure that they do not care and are only collecting the overall fee ... atleast that's my feeling when a place is presented to me in such a way as this was. - Construction going on around you with heavy equipment up and down the mountain - Bugs everywhere inside, on walls, woke up with them in my bed even after a visit from exterminator - Nothing maintained, pool was dirty, gas bottle empty, spiders webs inside and outside, dishwasher disgusting, silicone and flatware tarnished and have gray film on them, broken toilet hardware, bed frame not put together. All of this to say that even though it was a beautiful shell of a house and area to stay, it was completely tarnished by all the rest.

Luxurious cabin

This cabin is beautiful and gives you a luxurious getaway feel but still a getaway in the mountains! It was supplied with everything we needed and we had an amazing time. There were a few things that we came across that were minor but we made work. Seems the cleaning people missed a few things (and when you pay a big cleaning fee) you do expect it to be near perfect! There’s a dining room chair where the back was broken and the couch in the basement had a broken leg and you couldn’t actually use it (and we had a lot of people). The hot tub would’ve been amazing aside from the fact it’s more luke warm, and when it’s freezing outside, you cannot get in. We booked it mainly for the space and for the pool so we were pretty bummed about it not getting hot but the space was still fun to use. Nonetheless, the host was very responsive and helped us with all of our questions through the stay and the place is beautiful. It is about 45 minutes to town so keep that in mind!

**Beautiful Views, Great Host, but Needs Cleaning Improvements**

We recently rented this beautiful property in Tennessee for our daughter’s wedding, and it provided a stunning backdrop for their special day. The back patio offered breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains, and our guests were in awe of the natural beauty surrounding us. The host, Caleb, was very responsive, prompt, and considerate of our needs, which we greatly appreciated. However, there were a few issues that detracted from our experience. The dishwasher did not work properly, so we had to hand wash and dry everything, which was quite inconvenient given the number of guests. We also found cobwebs on both the top and bottom balconies, which we had to knock down ourselves. Additionally, the sliding door tracks were unswept and had dead bugs, the water pressure in the showers was low, and the silverware was heavily discolored, making it embarrassing to serve to our guests. Finally, with the number of guests we had, the garbage cans quickly overflowed, and some of our guests had to take the trash elsewhere to avoid an extra fee for additional garbage pickup. Overall, while the scenery and location were absolutely gorgeous and Caleb’s responsiveness was commendable, the cleanliness and functionality of the home could use some improvement. If these issues are addressed, this property would be a perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Smoky Mountains.
