Highly sought after GROUND FLOOR fully furnished Jacob’s Landing WATER VIEW unit! This condo makes for an ideal recreational get away, or short term rental.

Enjoy sunsets over Birch Bay and access to the beach just 300 feet away from your door. Amenities include a clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball, and games room with foosball & ping pong tables. Outdoor amenities include basketball & tennis courts with a large grass yard for outdoor games. Jacob's Landing is conveniently located in the center of the bay, within short distances to restaurants, shops, water-slides, bike rentals, and the ever popular "C" Shop with homemade candies and treats.

Birch Bay is a great place for family fun including kayaking, bicycling, stand up paddle boarding, sea life and bird watching, state parks, go carts, mini golf and water slides. Swim in the unique shallow warm waters of the bay and at low tide; explore the sand bars, hunt for clams and crabs, build a sand castle or fly a kite. In the evening, build a fire right on the beach and roast hotdogs & s'mores!

Great Stay

Stay was wonderful. Spacious, clean, as listed. Great location and view. Thank you for a clean place to stay where we could sleep well, make a cup of coffee in the morning and be with friends who live close by.

cozy and well located place!

We stayed there over the weekend to escape from the day to day. I really liked the place. It was easy to find, it was close to the shore, close to good places to eat. The place was clean and I didn't have any issues at all to check-in, and everything inside the place was working fine.

Love Birch Bay!

What a terrific location! Can see the water from the patio, and a VERY short walk to the beach. Some things in the condo are showing some wear and tear, but it was a very comfortable stay for our family with young kids.

Amazing stay

We had such a fun time for the Fourth of July weekend with friends and their kiddo. Perfect spot to be near the beach and then sit back and watch the fireworks from a kid safe spot. We loved that they had wagons to help lug our stuff around to and from the beach. Hope we can stay again in the future!

Had a wonderful few days here. Good unit and Great location, right across from the beach with wonderful sunset views each night. Irene and Jack were very responsive to any of my communications. I would recommend to anyone.

Irene & her condo are the best!

We’re so grateful to have stayed in Irene’s condo twice now for our annual women’s getaway. It’s clean & has a well stocked pantry & plenty of towels, kitchen necessities, fans, a grill, even some firewood available. Thank you for another great stay, Irene!

Great location and unit

We come to Birch Bay every summer for a big family reunion and this is my second time staying at Irene’s ground floor unit. It was perfect for my kids to be able to run outside and play in the grassy area, and quick access to the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Week at the veach

Wonderful week at the beach just across the street. Condo provided everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with a patio looking out toward the ocean. Loved it.

Most comfortable condo yet in Jacob’s Landing

This condo was tastefully and comfortably furnished. There’s a view of the bay from the couch! Owner Irene has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I’ve never seen such a well-stocked kitchen in terms of staples as well as dishes, glasses and cooking utensils (including muffin tins and cookie sheets if your in the mood to bake), and I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO and AirB&B places over the years. Irene was easy to reach when I had a question and had a great sense of humor. She really cares about her rentals and wants her guests to enjoy themselves.

Didn't stay but one out of three nights

Didn't sleep six adults ended up staying one night and left. Air mattress was dirty and didn't know that was the third sleeping arrangement no place for third couple.to . There was no fold.out couch which is what the property description implied; if I knew it was an air mattress I would have stayed somewhere else. Second bedroom bedding was dirtyaswell. Ended up renting three rooms at the Sheraton in Bellingham after one night. And getting no seep on thr air mattress for the third couple. Tvs did t work in bedrooms. Parking was,an issue.

The space has absolutely everything we needed. The patio was blissful and had an amazing view of the bay. The owners were wonderful to communicate with. We plan on going back every year.

If we aren't home, we are usually on the soccer field. The PNW has been our home for several years and we love all this beautiful state has to offer; from hiking to fishing to swimming in it's various lakes. We are excited to share our love for Birch Bay with you and hope you make long lasting memories here just as we have.

Birch Bay has become a favorite spot for us! We love fishing, swimming, playing in the sand and walking out at low tide. It's an fun get-away for our family and our kids love when we travel up there.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Being ground level makes it easy and safe for kids to play on the grass area outside. It is also very convenient to walk out your back door and over to the beach. We love the indoor swimming pool and hot tub at the club house. The game room is fun for the whole family and the outdoor courts are nice for tennis, basketball and pickleball!
