The outdoor spaces are ideal for children, allowing them to fully enjoy the outdoor areas while you relax with peace of mind. The home also boasts two cozy fireplaces, one indoor and one outdoor, perfect for cozy winter evenings.

Pool: The use of the pool is strictly upon own risk and children need to be supervised by adults at all times.
Pets: Small pets allowed upon approval
Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. People are friendly and welcoming. We love living in Gwandalan, a hidden gem on Lake Macquarie and we would to share this experience with our guests.
Getting around is best on foot or using a bike. If you're into boating, why not use a boat! our house is ~150m from the lake and a few more meters from the Gwandalan boat ramp. Why not come with your boat? 😊

We're from Sydney and this is our holiday house that we custom made to become our tranquil and vivid sanctuary that we are sharing with you and where the only sounds you'll hear are those of the local wildlife especially the birds waking you up in the morning!!

This is a hidden gem that's just 60 minutes from the northconnex tunnel from Sydney and that sits in a peninsula with only local traffic to and from the area. The beautiful Lake Macquarie is 150m away from us and the strong yet tranquil nature is all around us!

Our property is so unique it has a beautiful landscape and multiple facilities including the solar heated pool, 2 fireplaces, ev charger, fully solar battery system to power the house and avoid any blackouts whilst achieving the best possible sustainability and energy efficiency and so close to the lake and the nicest beaches in the area!
