Come see why this 19th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with wine cooler, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, while the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have two Queen beds in each. Also, there is a sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 16.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Perfect location and stay for families. The indoor/outdoor pools were perfect and the easy beach access was great with multiple spray off areas.

Great place for the whole family! Right on the beach with so much to do! Beds were comfy and view was unbeatable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious.

The property was clean and beautiful as advertised. Communication (an actual human being to speak with) prior to check in could have been better. All in all it was a good value and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice rental in Orange Beach.

Second time staying at this condo! We love the corner unit with views of ocean and back bay. Great for a girl’s trip because all secondary rooms have two beds. Check in is seamless!!!! Condo is very clean with everything you need. Covered parking is great!

Great Property for a large family

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great! Only suggestion would be bring bath towels. Property could accommodate 16 guests but there was only 12 bath towels provided...we just used our extra beach towels. Also, check-in is not until 4:30pm and definitely no option for a moment sooner. But the location was great and the kids and adults loved the lazy river.

Great condo for multi families. We enjoyed the lazy river and waterslide. Only negative - no Kerig coffee maker and security staff very strict about wearing wristbands.

I will say that the stay had a few hiccups but the Vrbo contact Jill was amazing. The place is very nice, plent of room for our large family.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Property was exactly as pictured. Check-in was super easy. Condo was clean. We had 4 families, ranging in age from 73 to 9, and the sleeping accommodations were perfect.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

A very spacious condo that has picture perfect views of the Gulf! Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors allows for a true luxurious experience whenever bringing a bigger group. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to get the most out of their trip.I do recommend bringing your own beach chairs though. 10/10 overall!

Awesome Condo

Condo unit was perfect. The amenities, lazy river, slide, indoor pool and hot tub offered everyone in our group a different source of entertainment and relaxation. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The icemaker in the condo unit saved us so many trips to a store. Would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful place!

The condo was beautiful with an incredible view! We stayed with two other families and there was plenty of room for everyone! I would only suggest bringing your essential and maybe extra towels. We were surprised there was only one kitchen towel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 trash bag for the trash can. We were able to keep up with the bathroom towels by washing every day, so those weren’t an issue. We just made sure to bring detergent!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation and birthday getaway! We really enjoyed staying here with a group of 15. There was plenty of space for all of us and the view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed the pool, lazy river and beach! Everything was so beautiful and close access to town if you need to run to the shore for last minute things. The only thing we had an issue with were the floors being dirty. If you walked barefooted through the condo your feet would be completely black so we had to wear our shoes everywhere or keep socks on. Other than that it was a blast and we would definitely stay here again!

Nicely finished. Would definitely book again. We went over spring break and I thought it would be so crowded by the pool areas, but there was plenty of room for everybody and I never felt like I struggled to find a chair. Indoor pool was an added plus for evenings and a rainy day. Great location, great beach, great condo! Thank you!

Pool and lazy river were great. Condo location on the beach was awesome. It would be nice if they supplied mops & buckets to clean Condo floors. They were very dirty. Ac went out but was fixed next day. Dishwasher was broken when we arrived didn't know until we loaded and ran a load. It was replaced on our 3rd day there. Overall condo was nice.

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. Check in and check out were so easy and the information emailed to me was detailed and answered all of my questions. The condo was spacious so that three families had plenty of room as well as privacy. One thing we were grateful for was the speed and availability of the elevators and the shopping carts for transporting luggage is genius!! The pool with the lazy river and slide were a big hit with the kids and the indoor pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The location is excellent with plenty of things within walking distance. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back.
