Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor prized East corner with no buildings next door blocking views and directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. It was clean, roomy, and in a great location. Our ONLY complaint was that there was not enough lighting in the unit. The bulbs either didn't work or there was only one lamp in the living area. (2 are pictured but there is only 1). Not all bedroom fan lights or lamps worked. Not a big deal but as I said that is our only complaint. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Wonderful Condo at Phoenix Gulf Shores

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and just as advertised with plenty of room. We especially loved the large family room & huge TV. The condo is on the 7th floor with great views of the beach, the pool and the water slide below. The owner was also kind to check in on us as well. We hope to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Trip

Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Pickleball court was an added bonus. Several places to eat within walking distance. Owner went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when we left an item behind.

Amazing!

We had our entire family of 17 here and it was perfect! Big enough that it wasn’t crammed at all. Balcony views were amazing, dolphin views almost every morning. As close to the beach as you can get 👍. Condo was very clean and up to date. Lots of appliances. Check in and out process was super simple. Great location. 10/10 recommend and will definitely continue staying with Phoenix !

Awesome experience

Our stay was amazing. The property was very accessible. The location from the property to the beach was perfect and the pools were awesome. Our condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 13. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!!

Girls Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our girls trip. (7) women and we all had our own bed and 3 bathrooms was wonderful. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only issue we had was there was only 1 roll of T paper in each bathroom, 1 dishwasher pod, no extra trash bags, no laundry soap. So we had to make a trip to the store. Other than that, great place. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful place to stay

We loved the condo. Just be careful about charges from VRBO that won’t be listed on the Phoenix rental agreement. I believe that ALL charges should be listed on every agreement. That was the only grievance we had. Also VRBO was not friendly when we called to question the $431 fee from them.

Family Vacation

This was an excellent accommodation for our family. Plenty of room. Clean. Easy to access things we wanted to do both within walking and driving distance. Definitely will be staying again.

Great spot on the beach!

Beautiful View! Watch dolphins jump in the ocean from your bed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complaints! Condo was clean and as described. There wasn't a pod coffee maker on arrival. We also needed a couple more blankets and towels. I called Michael and had a new Keurig and blankets the next morning. Towels arrived in the afternoon. Pools and hot tubs were clean. A couple days in, the indoor pool was cold, asked a security guard about it, he checked and within 10 minutes responded that the heater and been shut off, but was back on. We parked on the 6th floor and could either walk one flight or use the elevator. It was a great experience. We loved the beach and would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

We had a great stay over our spring break. It was a group of 14 extended family members ages 73 to 13. The accommodations were great and we loved the view! We had one maintenance issue with a toilet that was fixed quickly! Would highly recommend that condo!

Spring Break

The condo was in a perfect location - walkable to shops and restaurants. The beach was not too crowded in this area and the kids loved the pool. Only concern was the oven took a long time to reach temperature...but once we figured that out, we planned accordingly.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this Phoenix before in a wonderful property. We did book a little later this year and had to take what was available. This unit, #704, was definitely worn out. Bedding was torn, kitchen utensils were worn out, etc. We've never stayed in a property that only leaves an existing roll of toilet paper for the guests. Same with the paper towels. This unit just needs some refreshing. Of course, we always love the location and the Phoenix properties, as a whole, always looks nice and clean. Unit 704 is just not up to par as the rest of the building.
