Great time---short week HURRICANE

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: W love staying at this particular condo, there were a few things I feel need to be brought to the owners attention 1. Door of closet in the room with double beds appears to be broken and only one side would open 2. Every night the refrigerator had a small puddle of water in front of it , the first few days I just thought someone dropped some ice but later figured out it probably has a leak,, the same day we found out we were being evacuated sorry we got in such a hurry to pack I forgot about the water. 3. The rug under the table has some black places on it. 4. lastly the vent in the bedroom closest to kitchen and the double bed bathroom both seem to have some condensation and leak

Million Dollar View, great arrangement, plenty of room
Fantastic view
Fair selection, no spatulas and nylon for teflon pots is well worn
Not enough for 17 people. We kept being short with only 5
Nice dishes but again, if you have a large group bring extra or paper plates

Favorite place to stay

We have been coming to stay at Orange beach for 40 years and this is by far the cleanest and friendliest place we have ever stayed! Everything about this stay was smooth from check in to check out!

Great family vacation

Great place for a family vacation and we can't wait to go back. The only thing I would suggest if you are planning on cooking bring your own pot and pans.

This was a beautiful property and exceeded all our expectations. The furnishings were so pretty but still very comfortable. Carts were easily accessible to move things in and out of the condo. Just a few steps away from the pool and the beach. The basic necessities are provided but we needed to buy more toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent among a few other things. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. We had perfect weather and the location is wonderful for walking on the beach and to local restaurants. We highly recommend this property and we really look forward to returning!

The place was beautifully decorated and clean. This condo had 3 roll away beds which was perfect for my grandkids and the two sofa sleepers. Our week was perfect

Fall Break Trip

This place has everything our group needed from ages 5 months to 55. Plenty of sleeping arrangements ,large kitchen, dining and living room. Recliners were a huge plus! Even the pull out coaches were comfortable. The views were absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely book this unit again!

The condo was beautiful even having extra roller beds to add for sleeping. It was our 3rd time staying in this particular condo.

Togetherness

This property was beautiful, roomy & almost perfect. There were a couple of hiccups but one of my sons was able to repair one issue w/one of the toilets the first day. The owners need to add more coffee cups ( there were only 5 and our group of coffee lovers numbered 13) but overall it was great. Lots of good new memories made.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West Room 1009 over Labor Day weekend! Clean, well decorated and equipped kitchen, linens and floats. A plus was that there were box fans in each bedroom closet for those of us who have to feel the air directly on us at night for a good sleep. The balcony furniture was perfect for our big group of 7 adults and 4 kids under 12. Great location and easy to get in and out whether you’re turning left or right onto the strip. Only issue we had while here was that there are only two hot tubs and only one was operable. For such a large facility, just seems they would provide more hot tubs. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
