Main Street Suite in Collinwood

Located in the heart of historic Collinwood’s charming downtown, our private, cozy suite is perfect for anyone traveling the Trace on bicycle, car, or motorcycle. Walking distance to our small town’s historic Library that used to be a Train Depot, BBQ joint, Coffee Shop, Wayne County Welcome Center, and some killer thrift and junk shops. Our studio apartment is perfectly suited for 1-4 people, featuring a private entrance, equipped kitchen and dining area, two full beds, and a full bathroom.

The space//
Our studio apartment is recently renovated and furnished with antique and and custom-designed furniture. A fully equipped kitchen with high quality cookware will make whipping up dinner or breakfast a breeze. Other amenities include:

We offer keyless entry locking, allowing for check-in at your convenience. You will receive your code for entry the day of your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day promptly at 4 pm and deactivate at 11 am the day you check out.

Street parking is easy and readily available in front of the building, which is protected by outdoor security cameras and is located less than a block from the local police station.
Other things to note
As an older building on the main street, there will be some light noise from street depending on the time of day. We do provide a sound machine and complimentary ear plugs to make sure you get the best night’s sleep.

We keep our building at a comfortable 70 degrees year round. We provide a space heater, and a fan for you to adjust to your preference.
