Perfect spot for our family. We went to a Rays game (nice refurbished stadium), the zoo & aquarium, and Busch Gardens. Everything was great, would recommend. Kids enjoyed the pickleball court.

Great location. We enjoyed the outdoor space. We were able to walk to the park to watch the sunrise. The owner communicated during the entire stay and was very attentive to our requests.

We just got back from a long weekend in Tampa and Ybor city, so much fun! Check in process was super smooth, house was laid out perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). Our boys shared the room with bunk beds. Our kids used the hall bathroom and shower, we were comfortable in the master suite. Our kids loved the pickle ball court in the backyard, it was a huge hit with them. They played pickle ball all weekend. The sofa in the living room was super comfortable. The kitchen was supplied very cool, super easy to cook in and store food. Essential spices and kitchen utensils. We drove to St Pete’s beach two days in a row and had an amazing time in the beach. It’s a quick 35 minute drive. We enjoyed downtown Ybor, lots of pizza, cafes. Overall the house checked off all the boxes for our family!

The property was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. It was very easy to get to the location with an uber. Would definitely recommend staying here in the future

Property was amazing but the outside environment does not make you feel like you’re on vacation. Surrounding area is not the best location.

Palmetto Beach is one of Tampa’s oldest historic Spanish communities and is currently part of the city’s broader revitalization efforts alongside projects like Channelside and Gas Works nearby. As with any historic neighborhood in transition, the surrounding area reflects that character. We’re about a mile and a half from Channelside and close to Ybor City, making it a great base for guests who want to explore Tampa’s history and culture. We hope to host you again

Spent the weekend here with family! Was overly impressed with the property and its amenities! Easy communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again when I go back!

Great House

The house was perfect for our small family and what was needed. It is close to everything and easily accessible. Would certainly recommend this house and would stay here again in the future.

The property was as reported, is set up nicely and is clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.Owner was VERY responsive to questions and was kind and courteous. Would stay again and highly recommend thr property.

Adorable house

This adorable little house was perfect for our family trip to Tampa for my daughter’s graduation from University Of Tampa. It was very clean, beds very comfortable. Thoughtful items like a small cooler for snacks in the car, a huge TV in the living room. I would stay here again for sure.

I came to tampa with my friends for a concert and we only stayed one night but overall the place was nice, clean, well prepared, the area was really quiet and nice. The administrator for the place was really nice and accommodating and reaponded quickly to any request. If I come back to tampa for longer I would definitely try to stay here again.

Great weekend

As we were only in town for a long weekend the property served us extremely well. My chef of a daughter was especially happy with the kitchen appliances and service items.

Such a nice cute house

Stayed for five days and it was so so nice. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The house is definitely set up so you'll be comfortable as long as you need. Host let us check in early and that was very appreciated. Would definitely come back!

Perfect getaway

Wverything During our three-day stay in Tampa for a wedding, everything was flawless. Our hosts were outstanding. Every need for a relaxing vacation or productive business trip was anticipated. The neighborhood was peaceful, located in an industrial area within easy reach of popular tourist spots.

Adorable house with plenty of space! Three comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms made it perfect for our group. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could possibly need to cook. We loved having the washer and dryer, and the backyard was so much fun with lots of games and plenty of seating to hang out. There are TVs everywhere, and being able to connect our phones was a nice bonus. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!
