Rooms were ok and clean , it’s a nice ocean front, balcony is long but not as wide. Kitchen needs some upgrade , done more needed items maybe.. otherwise I enjoyed my days of vocation here. Thank you.

I will start with the good. For this price you get 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom and there are 2 sleeper sofas, so you can rent this and sleep a lot of people. It is basic and so dated. It is bad need of updating. The beds were so hard and my back hurt every night and morning. I have never stayed in a VRBO that provided only 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 nights. 1 garbage bag. I was notified right before the stay we were to bring toilet paper and paper towels but nothing about trash bags. The towels are so small thin. One of the fans in the living room didn’t work. The floor felt so gross from the moment we walked in. I would not book this again, because I would like something nicer and more updated and the beds were terrible.

Overall, we had a great stay. We really enjoyed the spacious layout, especially the large living area and the balcony with beautiful views. The elevator was impressively fast, making trips down to the beach quick and convenient. We also appreciated the easy beach access, as well as the added security of a gate code and a guard for the parking area.Our only minor complaints were that one set of sheets didn’t seem freshly changed, and parts of the condo could use some updating. Aside from that, it was a great value for the price, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Satisfied our needs but needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo met our needs but needs to be renovated. There were a lot of things we noticed that needed to be addressed. The balcony door from the living room doesn’t lock, the master bath has damage to the tub, the second bath leaks water due to the shower door not sealing properly. You could tell it had been caulked more than once. The clothes in the dryer needed to be dried multiple times to dry fully even with a clean lint trap. We also noticed in the second bedroom that the blinds do not fully block people from looking into the room from the outside walkway. We had to make sure we changed in the bathroom with the door closed. It would be nice to have a dresser in the second bedroom. Even with all of these issues, we still enjoyed our stay. We loved the location, security, beach access, pool, and speed of the elevators. These are just a few of the things we thought could improve someone else’s stay and the things we loved about this property.

Clean and Great location

We had a group of friends stay for the week. It was a big space for all of us and we all had a very comfortable relaxing stay! Will definitely consider staying here again. Great location.

We stayed in Hidden Dunes Condo and wanted to bring attention to a significant issue regarding the sofa bed (after opening the first one we did not even bother to open the second one) in the unit.Unfortunately, the sofa bed is in extremely poor condition with stains on top of couch cushions. Once the sofa bed was opened up, the mattress was heavily stained on both sides and mattress pad was unclean and stained as well, they are in a condition that is honestly beyond anything we expected. They were unsanitary and not suitable for anyone to sleep on. We had guests who were planning to use them, but they are simply not usable. The ONLY solution the property manager gave us was to bring us 2 mattress pad covers offering to put on for us. Attaching photos, but the mattress was worse than anything I've seen in my life, even on the side of the road. There was no way I was just putting mattress pads on them on those mattresses, we didn't allow anyone to sleep on them at all.

Awesome Vacation Home

We had a great week at the beach! The water and weather were great and the condo had plenty of room for our large family! We loved that it was on the beach! We prefer to take our vacation right after the peak summer crowds and this unit was the perfect spot!

Pleasant stay

Beds have no blankets and no one gave us the code to get to the beach, but otherwise, it was a great stay. Heated pool saved the day!

Great, clean, and fun!

We really enjoyed our week stay! Room 1304 in the Hidden Dunes was just like the pictures. We had a wonderful private hot tub, the pool/kiddie pool was very nice. Right on the beach and close to everything! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in PCB. Very well managed and communication.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Details provided are accurate. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room for everyone (9 adults). Definitely recommend :)

When we first went in, the master bathroom was clogged up the toilet. The message we got from the person that came and unclogged. The toilet was that they use the plunger the proper way which I know how to use a plunger and I thought that was kind of rude. There was no chairs or an umbrella for the beach. I was told to go down front and ask I did and they said that I had to contact the property owner about that which I did. The little cabinet that the trashcan sets in was very nasty so was the trashcan that’s in the kitchen. Other than that everything was ok.

Yes we asked if they had tried to use the plunger and when they said yes and it did not clear it we immediately sent our maintenace man who cleared the clog with the plunger. The rental of this unit included 1 set of 2 beach lounge chairs 1 large umbrella and daily beach attendant service for the week which is a $400 value at no charge to the guests. The trash can area has been cleaned.

The View was absolutely Stunning!!

We had a wonderful time over Christmas holiday!! The view was just amazing!!! There is everything you need in this Beautiful condo to enjoy your stay. The Only down side was the furniture was dated but we were there to Relax and for the Amazing View!!! And that we did. The staff was kind and very helpful. Loved our stay💞

We spent five nights at this resort, and honestly, if work wasn't calling us back, we would have stayed forever! It truly was the vacation of a lifetime.From the very first moment—the warm smile of the gatekeeper and the perfectly manicured grounds—everything felt just right. Thanks to our host's thoughtful instructions, arriving was effortless. But the moment we stepped into the apartment, time seemed to stand still. We were all left speechless by the beauty, warmth, and comfort that greeted us. Even with our large family, there was so much room to breathe; we even had two cozy sofas to spare once everyone had drifted off to sleep.Waking up to that balcony view was magic—just us, the endless ocean, and the shore. While the children spent their days splashing in the crystal-clear pool, our evenings were spent by the charcoal grills, sharing meals under the stars in the fresh sea air. There is such a deep sense of peace and safety here.With its powdery white sand, turquoise waters, and our little piece of luxury on the 13th floor, the whole experience felt like a beautiful, waking dream. We truly hope that, as a extra large family, we’ll be able to return to this little slice of heaven one day. If you are looking for paradise, you have found it here.
