Your family will be content when you stay at this centrally-located home in the Quad Cities. Our home is well appointed and spacious. You will be impressed by its cleanliness and the attention to detail allowing guests to feel right at home. The location is perfect given its close proximity to so many venues including the TBK Bank Sports Complex, John Deere Company, Kraft Foods, Rock Island Arsenal, Vibrant Arena and TPC Deere Run.
This Bettendorf home is a ranch with an open concept. The kitchen is well stocked in order for you to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy a coffee or an espresso at anytime by frequenting the coffee bar in the kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed while the master bedroom has a king bed and a TV. You will find plenty of closet space in both rooms. The four seasons room is where you will sink in to relax. There is a modular sleeper sofa that serves as an additional sleep space. There is a wall mounted TV with several streaming apps for your viewing pleasure. It is a comfortable space to retire for the night.
Guests will have access to the garage and the entire house except for the basement, which is used for homeowner's storage. Keyless entry allows for safe, easy and convenient access.

We are orignally from Chicago but frequently visit the Quad Cities to spend time with our adult children and their families. We own and operate restaurants in the food industry and enjoy cooking ourselves but also love great dining experiences in restaurants. Our hosting desire comes from our love of hosting others in our home. We enjoy preparing good food, sipping on cocktails, and surrounding ourselves with great company.
The interest in sharing our home is due to our own travel experiences. We enjoy the comforts of staying in a well maintained home where we can feel relaxed after a full day of activites.
