Casita De Agua Encanto, Natural Hot Mineral Spring Property

This historic 1928 cottage is simple, spare and peaceful. It is a couple of blocks walking distance to the historic town, shops, restaurants, grocery store & brewery.
Completely private on a corner lot with a walled backyard. The mineral spring well on the property comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your personal enjoyment. There are 2 cowboy tubs for your soaking enjoyment; a single tub that fills in 3 minutes & an 8’ tub for your entire group that fills in 20 minutes.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms, shared bathroom, full kitchen with breakfast nook, living room with a gas fireplace constructed of specimen rocks and a small gas grill out back.
The house is pet friendly with a fully enclosed backyard and a pet waste station. In town your dog will enjoy swimming in the Rio Grande from Rotary Park and visiting the dog park.
We hope you will find our place as peaceful and relaxing as we do.

Hot Springs cowboy tub was a great amenity. The hot springs water is super clean and soothing. Location is 2 blocks from main street and a grocery store. Only 15mins away from Elephant Butte Lake. Nice quaint house in a quiet neighborhood.

It's our 3rd time staying here and everything was wonderful as usual. The house is very cozy and has everything you need and more. Soaking in the bamboo backyard is the best! So private and comfortable. Great for dogs!

Great place to stay.

Stopped in TorC for one night and this house was a great place to stay. Loved the natural hot tub out back. Quiet neighborhood and roomy house.

Great location

Wonderful updated property located walking distance to all the great hot springs locations. And if you want to stay in you have access to hot springs in the backyard! Friendly host, available to support throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

We loved this house! It’s clean, charming, and private. The material spring tub in the backyard was truly magical. The house has guides to all the local joints. The best part - all you have to do is lock up! No check out that takes 30 mins.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay in TorC. The property is very comfortable, close to the town amenities, and the personal soaking tubs were amazing. Will book again!

Casita De Agua Encanto was terrific. Great location, adorable home, and lovely pool. The property was nicely landscaped, and the home was clean and comfortable.We enjoyed the big pool and appreciated that the home owners provided bug spray and citronella candles (dumb mosquitos!).Glad we were able to stay for 2 nights!Barb & Tom

This is a nicely appointed old house on a quiet street. Nothing fancy or high-tech but it had everything we were looking for. The private backyard with large soaking tub was very comfortable and the perfect temperature for rejuvenating soaks!Walking distance to groceries, brewery, coffee shop, art studios, etc…. Good communication with the host and overall a great value for the money.

Nice place

The place was really nice, and the hot springs stock tanks were fantastic. We had two couples, stay would be better for one couple and some kids, second bedroom a little tight. Great location and place lived good.

Would highly recommend!

The place was more than I was expecting, everything was clean and neatly organized. The area is quiet. The hot spring area was simply amazing especially at night! Property managements hospitality was great!
