Your home away from home in Elephant Butte with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 2 acres. Lake and mountain views. Large dining table and chairs and breakfast bar. Pool table, table tennis, Boche Ball, swings and slide play set, metal walled yard. Dog friendly with one acre dog walk area. Gazebo with large table in walled yard. RV electric hookup in yard, Renovations have been done recently including new stove, flooring, window coverings, furniture and other items. This property includes the vacant lot to the north. Pets are allowed and smoking outside is allowed also.

Great Lake Trip

Very clean, attentative and responsive to guests. Great views of the lake. Really enjoyed ourselves. Comfortable for a large group.

We have a pretty large family and this home was perfect for our weekend vacation. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. House was clean and well kept. Overall great experience

Great times!

Great experience. We went with four couples plenty of room for everyone. Pool table was a great addition. Backyard and outdoor patio was great even though we didn’t use it. I would recommend this property for any future stay.

There was a large group of us. The house was perfect for all of us and Doug was amazing with communicating with us.

After 55 years in the Real Estate business as both property owner and a broker I know that the people who are renting from me are the customers. I also know that I need to treat them well so that they will come back and be happy customers. My tenants were my friends when I was actively doing a lot of this. This house I purchased for someone else who no longer needs it. I live here in Elephant Butte because I think it’s the best place in the world to be. I will probably be close by if you need something.

This home is located in an area of upscale homes on large lots. Most have Lake views. This property has good lake views. If you think you might want a peaceful place after a day on the lake or on the beach, this might be just the place for you.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The main living area is on the second floor. The views in the kitchen, the large living room and the master bedroom are are really nice. The house probably has the best landscaping of any home I have seen in this area. The big table in the dining area is perfect for a large group. It also has a breakfast bar. The downstairs living area has a pool/table tennis table. The ping pong table sits on top of the pool table when used. The yard has a large gazebo with an outdoor table that seats eight. The gas BBQ is large also.
