Only 5 minute drive to Canyon Rim Visitor Center & New River Gorge Bridge. Close to all activities such as rock climbing, rafting, Bridge Walk, hiking, mountain biking... Downtown Fayetteville features restaurants/bars, shops, cafes & theater. Town park has playground, skate park, ball fields, hiking/biking trails, splash pad (in season) & pump track.

The house: uncluttered, bright and clean 2 BR, 1 BA house all on one level. Completely renovated! Perfect combination of 1950's charm and modern open concept. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and custom cabinets. Comfy living room includes smart TV and Tornado foosball table. Bedroom 1 has queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Large covered side porch perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, yoga or just hanging out. Central heat and air-conditioning. Off-street parking for 3 cars.

Good location

House is located in a small neighborhood just off of the main downtown drag. Is it good location is close to restaurants, gas stations taverns and also to New River Gorge State Park and all the fun that it has to offer. House was clean. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Would stay here again if we come back to this area.

Perfect Location

This property has an excellent location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Very close to the Bridge and many hiking trails. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Choice Near New River Gorge

My wife and I stayed here with our young kids for a few nights to visit New River Gorge National Park. It's a great house with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, and just a few minutes from the New River Gorge Bridge and Visitor's Center. The owner, Kristen was very helpful with suggestions for places to visit and things to do. Very responsive to questions and ensuring the entire stay was comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend the house for anyone looking to spend some time near New River Gorge.

Spring Vibes at the Brickhouse

House was exactly as described in the listing. Was the cleanest rental I’ve been in. Kristin was quick to respond to questions/concerns. The house is in a prime location to walk to local eateries and shops in Fayetteville. Centrally located to exploring all the New River Gorge NPS has to offer. Do not miss having a weekend away to unplug and relax!

Fun Spring Break!

The house was just as described! We enjoyed the foosball table. The house was centrally located to all that we did. Our favorite thing was touring the National Park, hiking and the Bridge Walk.

Beautiful home, fun town!

This home is all updated and there are thoughtful touches left for you! We loved the mirror in the bathroom and the swing on the porch! The owners are very kind and responsive. The town has fun coffee shops and restaurants. But what makes this property amazing is that it is 5 minutes from the welcome center to the New River Gorge National Park and right there are beautiful views! We enjoyed the town and hiking the park over our two days! This is a perfect place to stay!

Excellent Location

Nice updated older home. Would have been nice if we had more than one ice tray in freezer. My daughter was stung by Bees located in the railing on porch. Overall stay was very good.

Perfect "home base" for a visit to New River Gorge Nat'l Park

I just wish we could've stayed longer. We didn't get to relax much because this was a brief trip. I'd return again and stay longer. CLEAN! Spotless! Good communication prior to and during the visit. Some nice "welcome treats" and an info book that was helpful.
