By far one of the best places I've stayed. Feels like you're hours away in the country but located conveniently close to town. Clean, cozy, stocked with everything you need, simple cleaning instructions, thoughtful touches, I could go on forever about how much I loved my stay.

The house was very nice and spacious for a 2 bedroom house. It was charmingly decorated with a wonderful color scheme. It felt more like a home than a stay away vacation location. It was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The 2 beds were very comfortable and easily fit two 6 footers in one bed. It was a very quiet neighborhood. One night due to strong thunderstorms and tornadoes in the area, the electric power went out, the couch was used as a bed and that too was very comfortable for a 6 footer with a cranky back. It was very quiet and centrally located to all of activities that the kids did. The house had a great nice porch too, we didn’t use the fire pit or the outside grill option. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again. Overall a great location for the area. Great kitchen with a great laundry too. Nice bathroom with great lighting. The hosts were attentive and easy to work with. This is a highly recommended place to stay, I give it 5 stars out of 5 stars, top notch.

Everything about this stay was great. Nice and quiet, but not too far from hiking, restaurants, golf, etc. If you want to explore the New River Gorge area, you would be hard pressed to find something better. House was perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay

We had a great time staying at the Stout Grove rental. It was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely stay here again.Close to downtown Fayetteville, and close to plenty of hiking trails.

Comfortable and Clean home near Fayetteville downtown

My sister-in-law and I stayed here for a whole week while we explored he NRG region and nearby WV State Parks and attractions. This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Questions were responded to very quickly and check in/out was a breeze.
