The home is 10-15 minutes from Keeneland, the Kentucky Horse Park, Rupp Arena, and from starting your Bourbon Trail experience at Woodford Reserve or Castle & Key.

The master bedroom is on the main level and includes a king sized bed, generous walk in closet and bath that includes a soak tub and zero entry shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and includes a queen sized bed and shower bath. The third bedroom is upstairs and includes a queen sized bed and tub/shower bath. All bedrooms include a television. The home includes a chef's kitchen with a 48 inch refrigerator/freezer, separate beverage refrigerator, six burner + griddle dual fuel range, 2 dishwashers, large island and beverage center. The home has a lovely sitting room with antique dry bar, a comfortable den with an oversized sectional and large television, and a dining room that seats 8-10.
