Ranch style home located on 85 acre working farm. Located in the heart of the Bluegrass region. Located on Georgetown Rd. in Fayette county, the home is 1.4 miles from the KY Horse Park, and just minutes away from Keeneland, Fasig Tipton, Castleton Lyons, Cobra, Spendthrift, Dixianna, Mt. Brilliant, Far Away, and many other area horse Farms. If you are looking for a guided tour of the area this can be arranged as well.

House is easily accessible from I-75 and I-64, with driving times to Louisville and Cincinnati less than an hour and a half. Centrally located to Georgetown, Lexington, Paris, and Versailles.

House features one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, another queen and twin bedroom, and two full baths. Large fenced backyard with patio. Grill and lawn chairs provided. House has all new appliances, along with laundry facilities. House has horse theme through out. Large kitchen dining area and separate living room with Television.

House adjoins Hurricane Hall thoroughbred farm on one side. Offering beautiful views of the bluegrass. My personal farm adjoins the house on the back side producing tobacco, cattle, and hay. I hope you have a great stay, and love the bluegrass as much as I do!

The house was exactly what we expected and the secludedness of the house was so nice. We were able to enjoy the night sky without light pollution. Just a great experience.

Graduation stay

Great house and location

Nice single level home with a great location. Our family is all in Georgetown and the location was perfect for us. We are former Kentucky residents and staying on a horse farm was such a treat

Clean w/view of horses!

The host was very good at communicating. The house was a great size with a large fenced in yard with a beautiful view of horses. It was very comfortable for our family including teenagers & fur babies. Would stay there again!

House is spacious comfortable and very well appointed very easy check in great location for visiting Lexington especially the horse park and less than 15 minutes to downtown location is very private and quiet and house has a very nice fenced yard

Perfect location

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s not fancy, but it’s large and clean. Plenty of room for us and our adult children. We enjoyed sitting on the patio while the dogs played in the fenced yard. We walked the gravel road and visited with the horses. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Easter getaway.

Short Kentucky stay

The house was great, everything you would expect from a Kentucky home (horse country) love it!! Plenty of room in the yard and private. Will definitly book again when we go back...if available!

Great place!

This house was great for our stay. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, great fenced backyard. Was equipped with everything you could need, lots of space. Great location for events at horse park. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Todd was very accommodating and communicated quickly.

Great place to stay while going to Keeneland!

It's a beautiful property. There is beautiful pasture land surronding this propert. Everynight we walked and watch the horses in the field. The house worked well for 4 adults. It was clean and well stocked. You won't go wrong reserving this house for enjoying Lexington.

Will return again…and again

The title says it all. This place had everything we could have needed, and there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 large dogs. Will definitely return here again when visiting family in Kentucky.

We enjoyed our stay in your comfortable home as we were showing at the Ky Horse Park. Todd was very communicative and a good host! Loved the resident sheep, but he needs a friend!!!

Sister Time

My two sisters and I got together for the first time in 9 years. We couldn’t have picked a more comfortable place to stay. It was a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, the owner was very responsive, the place was well cared for and I hope we get to stay here again.

Getaway/Concert

This property works very well with us, we have 2 dogs and the fenced in portion of the property is great. We also love the location just minutes from Lexington Ky. We have already rented for late December again. Thanks!

A Stay Inviting a Return

The house was spacious and well appointed. The setting was rural with horses pastured down the private drive. The best thing was the communication and support of the host and his son who responded quickly and positively to our needs, requests, and questions. It was a very comfortable stay and the dogs appreciated being able to run in the fenced in backyard. Confidently recommend.

The checkin process was easy and communication with the owner was great! My only complaint with the home was I had to supply my own hand soap and toilet paper. Luckily someone had left some toilet paper to get us by until we went to the store. The beds were comfortable and clean and the home had a nice smell to it. I would totally rent this home again.

This is our second stay Kentucky at one of Todd’s houses and I can’t say enough good things about his properties! So clean well stocked, decorated beautifully and so close to absolutely everything! I highly recommend Todd’s houses to anybody that is considering visiting the horse park or nearby farms, and we will definitely be back!

Fun trip to Kentucky

We enjoyed our stay. The over abundance of towels and wash cloths was a nice surprise. Check in was easy. Loved Red State BBQ within a short distance. While here we visited the Kentucky Derby Horse Park, Stockyards, Buffalo Trace Distillery, Creation Museum and the Ark. Nice location and pet friendly was a huge plus!!

Amazing Experience in Lexington!

We stayed for Breyerfest and it was the perfect location for everyone to unwind and to get away but still be close to all of the action! We had to contact the host once and he was incredibly helpful with the situation. Would highly recommend!
