The host was amazing and answered and came immediately when we accidentally locked the inside door. Oops! Everything about the house was perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Great location for the Kentucky Horse Park. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and the host is incredibly responsive.

While the weather didn't cooperate very much, we had a blast perusing the Kentucky Bourbon Trail....this property was a great location to branch out from and go hit all your favorite highlights Recommend dining at The Obstinate Son - food was fantastic!

We stay at Todd’s places all the time and this is my favorite. We always feel like it is our home away from home. We have taken our two little dogs and now we only have one, but we love the fenced in yards and the dogs do so well here. The house has everything you need even a garage with opener so you don’t have to park outside. The kitchen is well stocked with every kind of gadget and plenty of dishes and glasses for a family. The house is always very clean. Todd provides nice linens and sheets for all beds with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen has dish cloths, oven mits and plenty of tea towels. They even have nice throws in the living room to make it comfy watching the huge new TV. You won’t be disappointed because this is also close to everything. We laugh and say it is 15-20 minutes from everything!!!

Perfect location to the area sights. The home was comfortable and had all the accommodations we needed, including the fenced yard for the 2 dogs!

we stay here all the time the property is always clean and it’s wonderful. Our dog thinks it’s Home. We used to have two dogs and one passed away. Been going to this place for years. It’s a home away from home.

Wonderful home! Huge living area and kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs. Convenient to everything we wanted to do…..distilleries and shopping and everything Lexington has to offer! We loved it!

The house is delightful! The pictures don't do it justice. Host was very accommodating. Location great for restaurants and sight seeing. Highly recommended for families.

we have stayed in this house and another owned by Todd and always knew be it! He is a super host, very attentive and the properties are all well maintained. We love taking our dog. we used to have two but one passed and now Coco is our girl who loves the farm life and green KY bluegrass!
