Ranch style home located on 85 acre working farm. Located in the heart of the Bluegrass region. Located on Georgetown Rd. in Fayette county, the home is 1.4 miles from the KY Horse Park, and just minutes away from Keeneland, Fasig Tipton, Castleton Lyons, Cobra, Spendthrift, Dixianna, Mt. Brilliant, Far Away, and many other area horse Farms. If you are looking for a guided tour of the area this can be arranged as well.

House is easily accessible from I-75 and I-64, with driving times to Louisville and Cincinnati less than an hour and a half. Centrally located to Georgetown, Lexington, Paris, and Versailles.

House features one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, another queen and twin bedroom, and two full baths. Large fenced backyard with patio. Grill and lawn chairs provided. House has all new appliances, along with laundry facilities. House has horse theme through out. Large kitchen dining area and separate living room with Television.

House adjoins Hurricane Hall thoroughbred farm on one side. Offering beautiful views of the bluegrass. My personal farm adjoins the house on the back side producing tobacco, cattle, and hay. I hope you have a great stay, and love the bluegrass as much as I do!

Lexington Ky House

The house was a beautiful older home with what looked to be the original wood floors. The living room area and kitchen were spacious enough to accommodate four adults and two children without feeling cramped. The three bedrooms worked well for us. All of the furnishings were horse themed, and it was interesting to look at all of the pictures and such. The house was on a beautiful piece of property with a fenced in back yard, which our two dogs really enjoyed running around in. While you enjoyed feeling like you were in a very rural area, Georgetown and Lexington were both close by.

Great house and location

Nice single level home with a great location. Our family is all in Georgetown and the location was perfect for us. We are former Kentucky residents and staying on a horse farm was such a treat

Great place

Perfect for a quick getaway. Great location right by highways and close to Lexington and KY horse park. Fenced backyard key for our dogs. Host was great. Old school charm.

A Stay Inviting a Return

The house was spacious and well appointed. The setting was rural with horses pastured down the private drive. The best thing was the communication and support of the host and his son who responded quickly and positively to our needs, requests, and questions. It was a very comfortable stay and the dogs appreciated being able to run in the fenced in backyard. Confidently recommend.

Love this house more every time we stay!

My family and I absolutely adore this property! Todd is an excellent communicator and makes the whole experience a breeze! The house is so comfortable. There is a lovely fenced in yard for furry friends and a great view of horses! So close to the Horse Park! Can’t say enough great things about this property and the host! Looking forward to our stay in September!! Thanks again!

Short Kentucky stay

The house was great, everything you would expect from a Kentucky home (horse country) love it!! Plenty of room in the yard and private. Will definitly book again when we go back...if available!

Sister Time

My two sisters and I got together for the first time in 9 years. We couldn’t have picked a more comfortable place to stay. It was a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, the owner was very responsive, the place was well cared for and I hope we get to stay here again.

Great place to stay while going to Keeneland!

It's a beautiful property. There is beautiful pasture land surronding this propert. Everynight we walked and watch the horses in the field. The house worked well for 4 adults. It was clean and well stocked. You won't go wrong reserving this house for enjoying Lexington.

This property works very well with us, we have 2 dogs and the fenced in portion of the property is great. We also love the location just minutes from Lexington Ky. We have already rented for late December again. Thanks!

Welcoming and comfortable home. Really handy to Horse Park.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Roomy and comfortable. Felt great coming back to the house after a busy day and greatly appreciated the property manager's kindness. I would highly recommend staying in this home. It truly felt like home away from home.
