1st floor 3BR 2Bath Oceanfront Condo w/pool and 2 assigned parking spots!

3 night rental available during some periods of high season. High season weekly rate includes departure cleaning and linens. A refundable security deposit is required. Up to date 1st floor unit with 2 parking spaces.

Both bathrooms of the condo have been completely renovated. All new flooring and window treatments.

Condo is oceanfront and overlooks the pool. Beach toys, beach chairs, and storage provided. Linens included for 7 day stays during high season. Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and the Living Room. The unit has wifi and expanded cable. Some board games on site. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, plenty of dishes, and cookware. The beds are 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Single over double Bunk Beds with a trundle, and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Nice patio furniture for outdoor dining. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and beach towels.

All Weekly Summer Rentals include Cleaning, Linens, and bath towels. There is free WiFi as well.

All non-prime weeks include cleaning. Linens are an option.

This is our third summer visiting this condo, and it is perfect for our family. The kids love the pool and pool toys, and it is so close to the beach! The porch is perfect for watching the waves, reading, and relaxing. Thank you for a great experience!

Thie condo was perfect for our family. Very roomy, just steps from the beach. I would definitely rent this condo again when we come back to Carolina beach.

Love that we were on the first floor! Easy access to the beach! AC was great!My only wish was SMART tvs. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time staying at this complex and both times we had a great time. It’s at a great location to the pool and beach. Being on the first floor this time around was more enjoyable than last time we stayed. Having three young kids, packing, grocery store runs, etc without having to climb a bunch of steps, and still having a view made it more easier and more enjoyable. Condo was clean, check out requirements were easy and condo was nicely stocked with basic kitchen items. Will be back!

The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. Very clean and tidy and well located. Parking is a bit tight, but we loved the short walk to be right on the beach. The property manager answered our call immediately when we had difficulty with the slider lock. Great value for 3 bedrooms beachfront with full kitchen!

The unit was spacious and had great patio seating (high top chairs) with a view of the water. Unfortunately the sheets and bath towels smelled like tobacco so it didn’t feel clean. While we were there, the entire beach had a large pipe running across it - not exactly picturesque, but not the host’s fault. It was a good stay but based on reviews we had higher hopes.
