Pet amenities were nice there was a pet pin in there so if we went to the park he dosent have to be on a leash. The pool is not heated but on a hot day feels so nice. My kiddos didnt mind the temp even when it was cold. (Oh to be young) The neigborhood was nice friendly people. We loved it here.

Yes it was part friend. Beautiful property. The plants could use a little more love but it was everything they said it was. I loved it there in going back for sure. It is next to shops and the freeway. Honestly pact for anyone. If you like the busy craziness of the city your 5 min away. And on the flip side your 5min away from peace and quiet leaving the city. Pool is clean but the ice machine would be my only complaint and i delt with it fine only noticed it was bummed about it and got over it just as quick. )

Great house to stay in, very comfortable and LOVED the pool! Close to everything we had planned like Disneyland, universal, and the beach! My family was very comfortable in this house! I would have given 5 starts but there definitely needs to be some extra cleaning done! The front door and wall definitely need a scrubbing it was VERY dirty same with the front of the fridge that was extremely dirty as well. Other than some areas needing extra cleaning the rest of the house was great and we’d definitely stay there again;)!

Our family of 6 stayed in this home for almost 2 weeks. We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was wonderful. It has just what you need. The host was very reasonable and accessible.

Fun pool, great stay!

Our family of five stayed in this home while spending a few days at Disney. It was spacious and our kids had a lot of fun swimming!

Please throw out the broken/dead/dirty items to make this a 4/5 star property!

Pluses: big pool (but cold); washer and dryer with detergent; good water pressure; pretty good communication from the owners; enough towels; good-working hair dryer; clean living room with working TV; the price.Minuses: broken outdoor furniture that can’t be used (the plastic chair missing a leg isn’t going to grow back. Just please throw it out. And get pool chairs that aren’t ripped). the gazebo material is dirty and ripped and needs to be replaced. There were 2 usable chairs outside. Please throw out all the broken pool toys.The dead plants in the pots that greet you at the front door need to be thrown out (It's not Easter- plants won't resurrect). The toilet seat in the small bathroom doesn’t stay up. There needs to be more water glasses in the kitchen. There should be filters for the coffee maker (we didn’t know what size filters we should buy and that should just be part of the amenities). Owners seemed to think that guests were going to take the dishwashing pods so they only gave us one per day. As with the trash bags. Get rid of the tips box. Cheapens the property. Another issue was that the owner won’t give you the access code to the property until the afternoon of your arrival so you’re crossing your fingers that they won’t forget or the listing wasn’t a scam. If the broken items were thrown out and replaced with usable items, this would be a very good property. Disney is 20 minutes away with no traffic. The house is in the Little Saigon neighborhood of LA.

Good place to crash

This was a good place to crash after some long days at Disneyland. It wasn’t much of a hang out place but we didn’t need that. Unfortunately, the beds weren’t very comfortable and squeaked all night long. We didn’t use the pool, too cold. But again, was a great place to just crash because we appreciated the price tag after paying for Disney.

Great for larger family

Very good experience and easy to check in. Great amenities and. Beds very comfortable. Great deal would like to rent again on next trip!
