The property was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake view, the beautiful sunsets, the kayaks and boathouse. We enjoyed the house gathering areas and bedrooms. The floors were pretty creaky which made it interesting with a one year old that needed naps and early bedtimes. The kitchen was workable, but could have used some organizing and the drawers needed to be wiped out. Overall we had a great vacation. Thank you!

Great stay! The house was roomy, super cozy, and fully equipped. We had a blast kayaking and soaking up the peaceful lake vibes.

The kitchen could have been supplied with pizza pans or some kind of cookie sheets would have been helpful. The property was very peaceful. The beds were comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay here. The home offered plenty of space and comfort for our family. The patio was a great area to spend time and relax by the outdoor fireplace. It has a large grill for preparing meals as well as a pizza oven that was easy to use and produced great pizzas.The kitchen had plenty of functional space along with a large dining room that could host the family. The living room was large and comfortable which we used for watching movies when the weather did not cooperate. The boathouse was a wonderful area to relax, take in the lake and its surroundings, cast a line to fish, or look up at the stars at night. We rented a pontoon for a few days from a local business and used the large dock for securing it. We also used the kayaks on site to explore nearby areas on the lake.Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again when we visit the area.

There was 6 of us in the cabin there was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the space. Everything was kleen. The views were fantastic!

Loved the location and great rooms for everyone to stay in. Very clean, great communication with the host. Only downfall is there are a lot of steps (which we knew going in,) it's just a lot for someone with bad knees.

Relaxing Holiday

This was a very nice location for a family get together. We really enjoyed the lake with the boating and the good fishing. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and plenty of room to spread out.

Great End of Summer Getaway!

Had a wonderful weekend with family on Lake Nekomis! The cabin is beautifully located right on the lake. Many incredible memories with our family was made over the weekend!

Great ice fishing stay!

Brought 9 friends up for an ice fishing weekend. Plenty of space for all of us, house was great and clean. Hosts responded quickly and all check-in/out directions were simple.

Exactly as Advertised

We all felt this was a great home to rent. Very homey right from the start. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having a fire at night in the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, well kept property. We were there for an ice fishing trip and had some questions about parking for trailers and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Caught some fish and had a great time! Would love to come back in the summer.

Friends fall getaway

Other than the weather being less than ideal, we had a great time. The kids had fun making pizzas for the pizza oven, tried a little fishing catching a couple. We are hoping a return trip in the near future, love the area.

There is such a wonderful feeling hearing from our guests about the memories they made while staying at our home.
