•Renters staying more than 13 days, must allow a walk-through every 14-days to ensure the home is running efficiently and if a clean is needed.

• No Smoking of ANY KIND inside or infront the unit (Only permitted in the backyard of the house)

• No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Extra guests not stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

• No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)

• No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

• No Pets allowed (unless approved and includes a pet fee)

• No Loitering in front of the house/disturbing neighbors.

• No loud noise or music past 10 PM. Please respect the neighbors, especially while enjoying the backyard patio.

• Please do not flush bulk toilet paper or feminine products in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging.

• Damaged or Missing Property: Guests are liable for any damaged and/or theft at the property caused by the guest, their visitors, or other persons present in the unit during the guest’s stay. This includes damage to rooms, art fixtures, furnishings, electronics and kitchen equipment. Please notify host if anything is damaged, resolution is better handled if priorly known before check-out.
