Great Location

We had a great stay in Kansas City! The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the free streetcar, which was a fantastic way to explore KC without worrying about parking or needing to use Uber. The house was spacious, well laid out, and worked very well for our conference stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay, and we would recommend it to others visiting Kansas City! Make sure to visit the WW1 Museum, BBQ Museum, and Nelson Atkins.

Perfect location to host extended family gathering in KC for daughter's graduation.

Centrally located in a very walkable neighborhood, with easy access to Kansas City landmarks, restaurants and nightlife.

Beautiful large home

We stayed with 8 kids. Perfect location for our needs. Kids played hide and seek for hours indoors! Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating for our situation.

Beautiful historic home

This house was gorgeous! Perfect for a family of six adults, we could’ve comfortably fit several more. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely.

Outstanding 5 Star Property

Home was very clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable living/gathering space and cozy, comfortable beds and linens. Walnut Street location was perfect for short drives to restaurants and attractions

We had a very nice stay, location was perfect for catching the free Street Car around the area. Comfortable for 8 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Notes cleanliness lower due to front porch furniture missing cushions and several plumbing fixtures being loose. Both concerns were shared with the property manager and I’m confident will be addressed.

Lovely home and a great place to stay.

This house was perfect for our group, everyone loved it. It has old charm with modern updates. It has a great layout for larger groups and had everything we needed. The location made it easy to get downtown and the neighborhood was quieter than we expected for being off a main street.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and well-equipped home over the Christmas holiday. The house was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, which made celebrating the holiday away from home feel easy and comfortable. The location in Kansas City was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing while still being close to local attractions. You can tell the hosts put care into making this a welcoming space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—especially during the holidays.

We had an amazing stay at Amber's gorgeous home! It was very spacious, super clean and in a great location to get anywhere in town. We had an excellent experience and will definitely be staying again in the future. 5 stars all around!

A perfect family gathering in KC!

This house was the perfect setting for a fantastic family weekend in Kansas City. Its location was excellent for getting to the Plaza as well as downtown and Westport. We had plenty of space for everyone and everything was clean and lovely.

One of the better rental properties we’ve stayed in. Roomy and plenty of amenities. For our group, the bedroom to bathroom ratio was a big deal. Older house with some nice updates and the extra AC units in the warmer bedrooms was a nice touch.We didn’t know KC very well but the proximity to Westport made this a great spot. Would stay again.

Family Friendly

We stayed a long weekend for my mom’s 60th birthday. The home was perfect for our group of 8, it was, and it was perfect for a lowkey weekend with friends and family. The location was within 10 minutes to Crown Center, Country Club Plaza, and downtown.

Very nice home. Beds are comfy. Very nice updates and amenities. Location is nice-close to the Plaza. It was very hot while we were there. The bedrooms have portable air conditioners which was needed - just a little loud as it turns on and off throughout the night.

Spacious and comfortable in the heart of KC

We had 8 adults stay at this house and it was the perfect place. Its a gorgeous older home with a lot of charm, and incredibly spacious. The remodeling they've done looks great and thoughtful of the period. While it wasn't the most walkable neighborhood, it was in a great part of the city that was within a 5-10 drive to all of KCs best museums, shopping, restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend staying here for a nice weekend getaway!

Lovely home in a convenient location

Our stay was exceptional. This house was full of character and charm, it was clean and updated, and had all that we needed to feel at home in Kansas City. The location was ideal and so close to many of the city's amazing spots and neighborhoods. The communication was perfect and clear from our hostess. It made for the perfect home base for our time exploring and enjoying Kansas City. We loved it!

This house delivered!

This house was exactly what we needed. The first floor was big enough for us to work and hang out as a group. The beds were super comfortable. It was easy access into downtown KC. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond with our minor issues. I would 100% stay here again.

Great location and plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 young children.

Large old house with plenty of charm and quirks that come along with it. Modern updates. It was extremely hot in Kansas City over the 4th of July weekend. We had some AC issues which Amber took care of quickly.
