Check in was easy - the code worked well. House was very clean. All appliances worked well. If we had found a leaf blower I would have cleaned the driveway of pollen. I liked that all the electrical switches were labeled.

Great and Comfy Place To Stay

My family and I had an absolutely great stay here! The owner was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had and did their best to accommodate us. Definitely will stay again!

This was not as listed. The entire home was dirty, flowers were wilted and had not be watered for days. The pillows on the couches appeared as someone had recently been sleeping or sitting on them. The floors had lifted tiles from water damage. The shower curtains were mildewed. All of the through rugs in the kitchen were dirty and stained. The sliding glass door had blinds with two-three missing blinds. There was a mildew/damp smell in the entire home. The back yard had a iron type table just randomly sitting in the yard and another "card" table with chairs. The concrete pad was dirty and full of leaves. I understand storms and things happen, which was what I was told, however, I could not check in until after 3 for cleaning. Should have been swept by cleaning person. The neighborhood was concerning. Bars on the windows. People roaming around a house, 2 homes down looking around the house and into boxes and cans. I did not stay at this house. The manager was quick to call. I have no real problem with his communications, except he justified the home and initially offered 20 and then 40. I sent him pictures and while I was on my cruise I was refunded half of the amount. I chose to leave it there. The pictures listed do not show the real house. They are obviously doctored. There are wonderful reviews from other people, however, I believe they are not people who stayed in the home one month ago.

Repeat stay and will again

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this location… sooo close to the stadium and such a cute clean home. Would highly recommend!

A fun time!

The property was nice for the occasion (concert with friends). The host, DJ, was very kind and helpful with anything we needed or questioned about.

Clean on the surface

Need to clean the walls and corners has their were dozens on spiders nesting in the house. Otherwise no issues

Close to the Amphitheater

Great overnight stay. Clean, roomy and as pictured. The beds were comfortable! The host did ask for $500 deposit after booking which has never happened to me before and wasn't listed in the ad but it was returned the day of check out. I wanted to be near the ampitheater so the deposit wasn't a big deal to me but might be to someone. The street has a couple of older homes but several new builds too and we felt perfectly safe.

Transitional neighborhood is a bit iffy.

Three of us were staying in Tampa for a trade show downtown. The house itself has been updated since it appears to have been purchased as a foreclosure (thanks Redfin!) with a new kitchen and beds. (Beds were very comfortable.) But some of the less obvious things still need some work: the bathtub/showrr drains super slowly, which resulted in us having to wade through each other’s bath water (or, after day 1, stagger our showers significantly). This was just gross. Our main concern is the, um, “transitional” neighborhood. Sandwiched quaintly between a truck depot and what looks like a recycling facility, with its back yard up against the freeway, and down the street from some pretty derelict looking homes, this location is not what we’d call “prime.” Yes we felt safer because of the bars in every window, but the security of the doors (and the sheer QUANTITY of outside doors! If there’s a fire you’ll be able to get out from just about every room), left us wishing we had chosen differently. It’s not really near anything, but it’s not too far from Ybor restaurants. About an $8 Uber each way. Ultimately we were safe, and we were comfortable inside. But if we’re in Tampa again, we’ll stay elsewhere.
