Perfect stay to be close to Pacific Beach! Clean house and plenty of space! Great host and communication was amazing with easy instructions to access home, highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Pacific Beach!

Girls get away

We had an amazing time. The property was very clean & was a great location for us. We felt very safe here & would definitely recommend this home as an option.

Great stay in PB

Lovely property in PB. Easy to get anywhere in SD. Property is as pictured and had all of the necessary amenities. Plus, the host was a great communicator. Would def recommend.

This is a beautiful house in an amazing location. Myself and my two boys (18 and 20) walked to restaurants, The Gym (it's a gym called The GYM - awesome gym!), and had an easy drive to everything else in San Diego.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 parking spaces. The house is well take care of, very clean, up to date finishes, and well decorated. Beds were comfy, the house a/c was cool, kitchen was very spacious. This is one of the nicest houses we have stayed at in San Diego. Perfect for our family and we would definitely return!

The house was perfect for our family of 7 - we had four adults, two kids under 10, and a teenager. The property was clean, cozy, and very well kept. You are within walking distance of the beach and pretty much a 15-20 min drive from any where you’d like to go. We would definitely recommend this place and if we return for another trip, we would love to stay here again.

Good VRBO Home Rental

Michelle was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay at her Reed property with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home had new appliances and was very clean and well maintained. It is located adjacent to Pacific Beach and near Mission Bay.

We were happy to host your daughter's birthday getaway, and we were pleased to help make the experience special by accommodating an early check-in, leaving a few birthday surprises, and returning a lost item free of charge. Because all of our communication during and after the stay was so positive, including a very nice checkout message letting us know it was a 'wonderful place' and thanking us, we are genuinely surprised by the lower rating. We always strive for a great experience for our guests. As there was no written feedback in the review, and no communication or indication that anything was amiss, it's hard to reconcile our experience with the rating. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us. If there was anything that could have been improved, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address it during the stay or learn from it afterward. We remain entirely committed to providing a clean, comfortable home and responsive, thoughtful hospitality for all of our guests.
