The area was close to the beach and felt very authentic… watching surfers, beach volleyball players and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Having access to beach items (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys) was handy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and always prompt. Having a parking spot available was also wonderful since spots on the street were almost always full.

Connie's Ocean Beach bungalow was the perfect place for my granddaughters and me. Right across the street from the beach and fully stocked with beach necessities: chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella and a wagon to transport them!The apartment was a great size, and the kitchen was better stocked than my own!The beds were comfortable. Ten stars and a hundred happy faces.

This location is absolutely perfect if you want to be near the beach. So convenient! The condo was so cozy & had everything we needed to make dinners & feel comfortable. The room with 2 twin beds was perfect for our daughters so they could sleep in the same room. Connie was quick to reply to my questions. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit San Diego!

The unit was clean and functional. No view but beach park is right across the street. Downtown area only about 3 blocks with many restaurants and bars. Overall it was a great location and good value

We loved this property! The location is great as it's right across the street from the beach and close to downtown. The host was very responsive and I'd definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this place! Everything we needed for the beach, including an outdoor shower to rinse off sand! Close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place; Reasonably Priced

This was my first experience using VRBO, and this place did not disappoint. The location was great, the bungalow was clean with nice provisions, and the price was right.

Always an enjoyable stay!

This was our second time staying @ Connie’s property and it was just as great we remembered! She provides everything necessary for a long weekend stay at the beach. We loved it and look forward to our next trip! Love the property, the location, & Ocean Beach!
