Sundial N302 2BR + Closeoff Den, 2 BA, BEAUTIFUL STRETCH OF BEACH & SHELLS

Beauty & the beach. It is all right here in this beautifully decorated, two bedroom plus den suite/2 bath comfortably accommodates six (approximately 1800 square feet). Master bedroom with king-size bed, second bedroom with twin XL beds, and close off den with queen-size sleeper sofa. This is our home away from home so we try to keep things updated, clean, and cozy for our guests and employ a professional on island management company to manage the guest check in/check-out, maintenance & cleaning to help ensure the best accommodation we can offer. Plus I am here to help answer any questions you may have about activities, groceries, shopping, and so much more. (Please note that we try to maintain Saturday to Saturday rentals especially during the high season but can make some adjustments to the schedule if asked. Can also do less than 5 days during the Saturday to Saturday schedule but the rate is still the weekly rate (ex. arrive Sunday, leave Sat or arrive Sat, depart Friday.)

Easy beach access (less than a minute walk from front door) to beautiful stretch of beach where you can spend your day relaxing, shelling, walking, watching for dolphins, pelicans, and so much more.

This Non-Smoking condo has a full living room with 2 full size sofas, Lazy Boy recliner, dining room, full kitchen with housewares, washer and dryer (in unit), three flatscreen TV's with cable, large screened porch overlooking the courtyard, L/M/N building swimming pool (not available at this time), and view of the Gulf of Mexico.

All units at the Sundial are privately owned. We are located in Sundial East which is adjacent to the Sundial Beach Resort. We offer the condo rental, mile long private beach, bed and bath linens, washer & dryer in unit, & reasonable cleanup of condo upon your departure. We also have beach chairs, drink cooler, and some sand toys available in the condo for your use while here.

Our guests have access to the Sundial Resort restaurants. As of 1/1/25 Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grill (poolside) & Shima's Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar (WEDS-SUN). Pizza & ice cream shoppe and mini grocery store slated for reopening 2/1/25.

Bike rentals (off-site) Billy's & Finnimore's can be delivered to condo (for more information, please see their websites for pricing or phone number to call).

***Not included - Access to main resort pool area, lounge chairs, fitness center, on-site bike & kayak rentals, & chairs/umbrellas directly in front of Sundial main pool area. (1/1/25 - The Sundial Resort has been offering Sundial Daycation passes (main pool, beach & umbrellas service) WEDS-SUN for a fee, subject to availability. Limited time offer til resort is back in full swing and at that time Daycation passes will not be offered. See website for details www.sundialresort.com 866-565-5093

***At the present time our condo building (LMN) pool is not available for use (currently slated for cleaning, new equipment, fence & bathhouse rebuild). We are really sorry for this inconvenience as still undergoing some final hurricane reconstruction work. We hope to have a better timetable of reopening in the near future.

Nearby activities include Ding Darling Wildlife Center, Tarpon Bay, Sanibel Playhouse, Big Arts Center, Historic Sanibel Lighthouse, restaurants, shops, golfing (Beachview Golf Course (18 hole) 1 block from resort, shelling, fishing, canoeing, miles of paths around the island for biking, running, rollerblading (paths go directly past the Sundial).

Our unit 'N302' located on the 3rd floor of building N. Elevator and stairs available. Covered parking below. (see map in photos below) No high rises on Sanibel (4 floor maximum)

The property is managed by a professional management company on Sanibel - easy access to keys and maintenance if needed. Wi-Fi available free in unit. Rental includes bed linens & bath towels, and condo cleaning upon your departure. Beach towels are available for rental $3.00/ea. through management company.

The Sundial is located just a short distance after crossing the Sanibel Bridge. So much to do - collecting shells on the beach (voted third best shelling beach in the world), walking, biking, observing nature - birds, dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, plants/flowers, great restaurants, lots of stores to shop, golfing, boating, fishing, Ding Darling Nature Preserve, Sanibel Lighthouse and so much more!

Hi, We are Bill & Mickey Farmer from Palatine, IL. We are originally from Pennsylvania but have spent the last many years in the midwest. Our daughter, Carrie Scott, works with us in our family business. She has been coming to Sanibel with us since she was in high school and continues to come to Sanibel with her husband and children. She has a pretty good idea of what families are looking for on their stay on Sanibel and will do her best to help you.

We have been coming to this lovely island for over (30) years. We are grateful we have been able to share our piece of paradise with our family members, friends, and renters over the years. Our family has grown from the five of us enjoying Spring Break in the early 80's to our children who have now married and have given us (8) grandchildren. It is wonderful to see that our children still love coming to Sanibel with their children.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We think our property is well situated at the Sundial and more importantly on Sanibel Island. We have a lovely stretch of beach without any sharp dropoffs. You can walk miles in either direction. The island bends slightly at this point and has thus proven to be a great shelling location. We are located close to the biking/walking paths, and many restaurants, retail shops, grocery stores, golf course, tennis, and much more.
