Great rental experience. Room had full kitchen supplies, beach chairs/ umbrellas with cart, and Great choices and accommodations for bathroom amenities. Room and property very quiet this time of year. Nice water view. Property pool and beach perfectly kept. Main lobby on the property had a nice restaurant and we had wonderful drinks at the bar. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for a great stay.Robert Harris

Traveled with my husband and two kids, ages 4 and 7, and this place was perfect. Literally had everything we needed! Beautiful and clean and steps from the beach. My kids found so many shells and even gound a live starfish and live sand dollar! Had a fun relaxing trip!

Amazing condo. Beautifully done and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. TVs were amazing. Layout perfect. Beach views and short walk through property to beach. Tons of beach equipment you could use if needed. Sanibel is back and as beautiful as ever - Yucatán shrimp at Doc Ford’s is a must whenever we visit. Thank you to Dave for being a great host and sharing this property!

This was a perfect getaway for my 60th year on this earth! The condo is completely stocked with whatever you might need. The furniture was very comfy as was the mattress! We loved our time spent on the patio (lanai) and would definitely return. Great location to the pool and the Gulf of America!!

Very nice updated condo. Everything you need including a great "sand" wagon to take the included chairs, umbrella and cooler down for a day at the beach.

This a beautiful unit with a great view for the price. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. A very quiet stay, which is always good. The only reason I didn't give communication with the host a 5 star rating was that I contacted him because we were having trouble with the wifi and didn't hear back. It wasn't a big deal, so we just let it go.

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. We especially liked the beach cart and chairs that were provided. The property was ideal for us traveling with our two 12 year old grandsons. They each had a pull- out couch to sleep on and a 90inch TV to watch at night. The pool and beach were very convenient within 1 block walking. We liked how quiet and uncrowded Sanibel Island was. The shelling is amazing!

The condo was as described. Lovely, clean, well equipped kitchen.Wonderful view of the ocean from the lanai. Grounds were immaculateBeach a short walk from the condo. I would have given all 5 star except that the elevator was down for 3 days.

Condo as depicted in the photos. Nice view, condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Living room sofas and master bed were comfy. Lots of beach equipment was available for use. Easy walk to both beach and pool.

The unit was very comfortable. It was larger than other one bedrooms we have stayed in on other trips. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The wagon to carry our beach equipment was a big plus. And providing beach chairs and towels was very helpful since we flew to Sanibel. The large tv gave us a great view of the Super Bowl and the Winter Olympics.
