Had a great stay in Eureeka Springs at this property. Great location. Super clean. Only minor quibble is I couldn't figure out how to adjust the speed of the ceiling fan. I would definitely book this property again and recommend it to friends and family.

The property was in a great location, beautifully restored, super clean and well stocked. Aspen communicated several times before, during and after our stay to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely stay again!

The property description does not do justice as to how nice this place is. It is spotless, and everything may not be brand new, but it sure looks it. Decorated like a magazine—huge shower and huge bathroom. Hot tub is a nice touch. I could almost live there.

This place is just fantastic. Close enough to walk to the downtown area, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The room itself is awesome. So well done, beautiful and quite comfortable. Everything was spotless. Instructions are clear, communication has been seamless. I could not ask for a better stay.

Easy check in, fantastic place, great location that is very walkable to shops on Spring, dedicated parking, and the hot tub was a great way to wind down on a cool evening.

Everything was top notch. The bed was too hard for me, but I know this is very subjective. The place was clean and well apointed. The hot tub was magnificent. Thank you for nice time.

The property was clean, inviting, and perfect for our getaway. The convenience of it being in walking distance to the shops downtown and having an off the road parking spot was also great! There is also a trolley stop right outside the door that allowed us to go up to the Crescent and back without having to battle traffic! I highly recommend this location for all your trips to Eureka! The host was 100% in communication, as well! 10000/10!

The Best VRBO

The location was perfect and beautiful. They made wonderful renovations to a historic building and it was perfect. Parking was very tight for a larger vehicle but that was like the rest of town. Great stay!

Our host was very responsive, and the room was spotless with great amenities. We loved the convenient location and would definitely recommend this place and stay again in the future.A couple of things to note: since we stayed on the bottom floor, there was quite a bit of noise from the room above—mainly footsteps and chairs being moved around. Also, clearer instructions on where to park and how to access the room would be helpful for future guests.

Fabulous

We took a girls trip for the first time to Eureka Springs , we loved the area & the condo ! The condo was super clean , very updated & just as listed ! We loved the fire pit area & hot tub ! It was walking distance to downtown which was just as we wanted .. we cannot wait to come back !

Loved it

Overall great experience. The only thing that could’ve made it easier was to have known where to enter our room. It was dark and I was walking around with a light looking for the entrance. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Clean, Super Nice, Comfy Bed

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this was. We stayed in Suite A and I’d definitely stay here again! The jacuzzi is right outside the patio door and so is the firepit. Staying during the week, it was so peaceful and quiet here and the whole town. The only complaint I would have is we couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work. Other than that, it was all great!

Eureka Springs get away

My wife and I spent two nights in Suite A. Clean and great ascetics. Numerous perks with coffee, water, chips and toiletries. Very quiet in evening. Out door hot tub just a few steps away from the side door. Hot tub was clean, hot and relaxing. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Only negative is Suite A parking is just down the hill but it is prime to have off street parking. Would easily stay again! Just a beautiful walk for a couple of blocks and you are in the heart of downtown.

Great spot

We liked this place a lot. There are so many wonderful places to stay in Eureka springs and this building is great. Everything seems brand new. We used the hottub and it was super clean and nice. Great location at the top of the strip right on the trolley line. You can shop down and ride back up. 2 things would improve stay: the bed wasn’t very comfortable, seemed sunken somehow and most of the rooms had some sort of seating area outside but ours didn’t. It wasn’t that big a deal since the chairs around the hottub were there to use. Would definitely stay here again.

What a treat!

My boyfriend and I stayed in 151 Spring Street Suite A a couple of weeks ago. We absolutely loved our stay! The suite was immaculately cleaned and maintained. It came with everything we needed; full kitchen, large bathroom, king bed, and beautiful living space. We were too busy to take the time to enjoy the firepit or hot tub, but both were very inviting. Being in a historical building with thick walls, it was like we were in our own quiet oasis! We have been telling everyone our stay was the highlight of our trip. We will be back for sure. 10/10 stars!

3-Night Stay

I rated excellent overall. 3 suggestions (1) There were only 2 rolls of TP. one would think that would be enough, however, my wife does use a lot. (2) the two Smoke Detectors blinked red all 3 nights. I can sleep through anything, but I know people that would go crazy if in bed at night. (3) We have property that we rent. We have a Britta Piture for water and 4 big ice trays for the guests to make their own water. All little things. We rated stay excellent.
