We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us due to the elevator outage. We understand how challenging it must have been for you, especially given your health concerns. We want to assure you that we take such matters seriously, and our priority is always the comfort and well-being of our guests. Unfortunately, the elevator issue was unexpected and beyond our immediate control. However, we did provide alternate instructions for guests to use the elevators in the adjoining building during this time. We also want to inform you that the condo association worked diligently to rectify the situation, but it took longer than usual due to a faulty sensor, which had to be procured externally. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you and truly appreciate your understanding. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services in the future. Elevators are now back online, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon, providing you with a more seamless experience. Additionally, we kindly request reconsideration regarding the star rating, as we believe that giving only 1 star doesn't fully reflect the efforts put forth by our host and team to provide a positive guest experience.

We take all feedback seriously, but we are disappointed by this characterization of the stay. When the guest reported a TV issue, we immediately spent several hours on the phone with the service provider (Spectrum) to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, the guest declined to provide specific details or verify if the issue persisted across both TVs in the unit, which hindered our ability to help. Once it was confirmed the high-speed Wi-Fi was working perfectly, it became clear the request was for a refund rather than a technical solution. As highly-rated hosts, we always stand by our properties and provide refunds for genuine, unresolvable issues, but we cannot fulfill requests based on incomplete information.
