We truly regret the inconvenience you have experienced. Per the lease that you reviewed and signed, our property manager was available to fix any issues with pillows, a bathroom fan, etc. As for the noise: Ocean City, MD is at its most lively and energetic nature during the main season. You will be hard pressed to locate any portion of the municipality that does not experience noise outside most times of each day. This is why we made sure that our sliding glass doors and windows are soundproof. Regarding the deck itself, it spans the entire width of the unit for all tenants' maximum enjoyment of the bay front view directly in front of the property. Further, when you had inquired about luggage carts ahead of your stay, we promptly notified you that the building does not have them and that ours have been relieved from our unit over time. In the future, we recommend as a best practice that you bring a travel cart with you in case, wherever your future stays will be, you will have this requirement met. As for the pool, it is a three minute walk from the unit. On that topic, the beach itself is right across the street. We are disappointed that you never contacted us or other parties indicated in the lease at any point during your stay for us to remedy your concerns. If you choose to vacation in Ocean City, MD again, we sincerely hope that you find what you are looking for in your future accommodations. Respectfully, the Owners.

We are glad that you enjoyed you stay! The view of the wide bay water is truly priceless in our opinion. We installed indoor/outdoor carpeting in the unit and it does shed dye. Everyone recommended this type of carpeting because so many water based activities are enjoyed by our guests. To put your mind at ease, the carpet was cleaned and sanitized in early April, but with today's health issues, I would probably recommend flops or shoes in any case. Have a great rest of the summer and please, if you do vacation in OC again, consider us for a return visit.

We are glad that seems in general, you enjoyed your stay and I thank you for your kind words. It is important that the lease you signed be followed to enhance your vacation experience. Although the unit receives a very deep cleaning in April some guests do not clean up after themselves. It is important that you call the cleaners to return ( in this case ) the stove to it's original clean condition...grease and food free. Additionally, although the stove is not new, it is totally efficient and fully functional. No malfunctioning microchips that go beep in the night and take weeks to replace. All four burners provide efficient and thorough cooking results as well as the oven. I really hope that it is the beautiful sunsets and vast body of water that the deck is just a stone's throw away from, and not the stove, that a guest is focused upon. The dishes do not need to be replaced, just cleaned, again, call our cleaner. Although it is not their job to clean the guest's dishes, pots, pans, or cooking malfunctions, they will do so if notified in the first 24 hours. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean up after themselves in the kitchen. As you have proven, the following guests depend on this responsibility being taken seriously. A new microwave was ordered, and as with everything lately, was on back order. It was delivered in late August. Thank you - The Owners

Hello Jami: We are happy that overall you had such a very good experience at our unit during your vacation. We have worked very hard to have it in the best shape possible for you when you arrive. This includes the cleanliness of the floors which you say you were disappointed with. Our cleaning company has specific instructions to use environmentally friendly compounds, after every guest visit, to see that they are perfectly clean. We would have preferred that, as stated in our cover letter and your lease that we sent you, that you would have called Brandon at the phone number that we provided so that his cleaning team could have responded quickly to come back and clean the floors to your satisfaction. We also provided my wife's phone number in the letter so she could be called to address the issue personally. We always ask our guests to immediately call the cleaning company if there's an issue rather than to clean it themselves or endure it. There is of course no expense to you for this service. Also, we will investigate this matter immediately to see that it doesn't happen again. We still thank you though for staying with us during your vacation. The Owners
