Summary:

Come and relax at our beautiful beachfront condo at Lighthouse in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama.



The Space:

14th Floor Beachfront Condo at Lighthouse. 2 BR / 2 BA, plus a small bunk room for children. Sleeps: 6-8; Beds: 1 king in master bedroom, 1 queen in guest bedroom, twin bunk beds in bunk room, and 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker), 4 flat screen TVs, 4 DVD players,  washer and dryer, and even a Dyson vacuum, wireless internet access, gulf front balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom.



The views are amazing with wall-to-wall and floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors in both the living room and master bedroom which open up to a large 200 sq. ft. tiled balcony.  You can sit out there and watch schools of Dolphins dance in the water.



Lighthouse is located in the heart of Gulf Shores directly on the beach and just a few minutes from the Hangout which offers daily live entertainment.  Take a nice stroll on the beach to the Hangout to get something to eat and listen to some music.  Sea-n-Suds restaurant is also within walking distance of this property.  There are many other restaurants to enjoy in the area too.



Complex Amenities: Lighthouse also offers two beautiful large outdoor pools and two hot tubs directly on the beach.  One of the outdoor pools is a zero entry pool which is great for little ones to splash around in.  There is also a heated indoor pool, dry sauna, fully equipped fitness room which overlooks the beach, Charcoal BBQ grills, covered entrance/lobby, covered parking, four high-speed elevators and much more!  



Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit. You will need to visit the onsite desk at Lighthouse to purchase your parking passes. As of 3/1/24, Lighthouse charges $50* per parking pass.*This price can change at any time, without notice. NO boats, trailers, or RVs. 



No smoking allowed on balconies or at the complex*. 

*Smoking only allowed in designated areas at the Lighthouse.



*Lighthouse HOA strictly enforces minimum age of 25. They will check your ID at check-in.

We love staying at the Lighthouse Condos because of the beachfront view and easy access to the beach. As a family of 6, with 2 teenagers who are bigger than most adults, I can tell you this condo felt TINY! Honestly we felt pretty claustrophobic, so that was really disappointing. I did appreciate how clean this condo was upon arrival. I just don’t recommend this condo for large families

Beach view was amazing. Condo was clean and roomy. Host did a fairly good job communicating. There was a minor power outage where we communicated with property office first. We had to contact host who knew about the problem but after touching base with them communication improved. Host was very accommodating with dealing with outage until it was fixed.

Condo was clean and nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms and big bedrooms were nice. The only complaint we had was that the bunk “room” was definitely very small. We have teenagers and I poured over the photos before booking. It’s definitely “closet” sized. My youngest ended up taking the bunk room alone and putting his suitcase in the hall closet. The tv in that room never wanted to work, but we adapted. It is the first room closest to the door and also included a breaker box (could be an issue with parents with littles). Overall, we would book with the same company again and again, but not this room in particular.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. The condo was extremely clean and the views were amazing. The only downside to this condo is, the condo is outdated, the sofa really needs to be replaced. Considering the place was so spotless, I overlooked the couch, I just put a throw over the couch. It has a nasty feel to it. So hopefully they replace it soon. But definitely a great location. You can sit in the balcony at any time of the day or night, the sun doesn't hit it directly. So it was pleasant. So overall 9 outta 10.

The bed in the master bedroom needs replacing it was as hard as a rock and had a big hump in the middle. The bedspread was stained and the bed was not properly made the top sheet was too short for the bed. Overall everything else was fine for the price.

Spring break

We had a great time. Great location and the room was exactly what we expected it to be. Only thing I would change would be a more comfortable master bed. It was very hard.

Great Condo and Property Management

Had a great experience with this condo. The property management was so easy to work and communicate with. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. A lot of reviews complained of the bed being too hard but my husband and I found it perfect and slept so well! Also highly recommend renting the chairs out front. Super convenient and the chair attendants are amazing! All good things to say about this property. Will definitely book again in the future if it’s available!

Spring Break

Enjoyed the stay! Was clean and we had everything we needed! Loved all the space and updated bathrooms. Sliding glass door was not able to be locked, I called the company and left a message along with an email. Wasn’t an issue for us but might be for another family.

Beautiful Condo!

Loved almost everything about this condo. I would recommend a better mattress in the master. It was very hard and I didn’t sleep well. But other than that, it’s a great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was amazing! Enough room for the 5 of us, very quiet, amazing condition & perfect location to the beach. When my kids were done at the beach, we spent some time in the pools/hot tubs. It was a great vacation!

The huge garden tubs but small showers that is standard in the other units is such a waste of space. Loved the way you updated to make the shower bigger.
